I called these guys to fix a floor that was botched by another contractor. Alan responded in a timely manner and explained what they could do to polish the floor. They left me with a shiny floor and a very happy customer. We are saving time and money on maintenance now that it's polished. I will be contacting them to do my garage next. Was given this lead via Home Advisor for a painting company. The guy I gave a bid to took detailed notes on all my requests for having my home painted. I later learned that this company subcontracts out painters who are just learning or getting into the industry. I ran to the grocery store while the man and woman were painting the house, and while I was out they called to say they had finished. I got home and realized any requests made to the company were tossed out the window and disregarded. I called the company to ask when someone would be out to look at the mistakes and was told by the ‘production manager’ that he wouldn’t be sending anyone out to even look at the job. This company wants to get into the house painting business but they should probably stick to tile setting, and take some lessons in customer service.

Terribly managed outfit.The installers barely speak english and the owner is too busy to deal with issues that may come up.This company is your typical kind that will secure your work and then sub it out to Julio so they can pay less . Result is poor quality,not done on time and you will have to babysit your own install . That's if who they send to you can speak english.

Carpets and tile look phenomenal!! Great company. Locally owned and operated. Not a chain or franchise. No bait and switch tactics. They always give you a solid price up front. If you want a great price, quality work and amazing customer service then these are your guys.

OMG. The service we received was truly amazing.After multiple people from other companies either didn't call back or flaked out on a tough job, Jason from AZ Floor King really came through. He was in constant contact. He was on-time. And he had a can-do professional attitude. In other words, he focused on wanting to solve our problem. He didn't give up and he worked incredibly hard to come up with creative solutions until the job was done right.

Great company! Dave was awesome, showed up and knocked out the job efficiently and gave an affordable quote to fix the cabinets in our office. Will use for handyman services in the future. Also kept great communication even though he was running behind the scheduled time.

He and installers, Jeff and Daniel H. were very professional and were happy to explain each step involved in applying polyaspartic polyurea flooring material. The final appearance exceeded my expectations. Even my wife was impressed. Experience was the best home service we've ever had.

We called them to come and look at our concrete floors, we were scheduled for the next morning at 9 am, we even received an email confirming our appointment and a reminder email the next morning about our appointment.
