A very shocking update to my prior post.... I discovered just hours ago that Urban Customs has decided to STEAL my original deposit of several thousand dollars. Yes... STEAL. Keep in mind, no actual flooring was installed as detailed in my main review, due to Heath changing his mind about refinishing my hardwood floors spontaneously. Apparently he does not want other customers to read my in-depth review of what happened, and Heath is holding my deposit money for RANSOM (which he previously promised to return). He has stated that he will only return it if I take down the truthful, albeit quite negative, reviews I have posted AND sign some mystery document, which is very very suspicious and shady.

While I am not in a position to lose thousands of dollars, it is more important to make this valuable information available to others in the greater Phoenix area so they can avoid having to deal with this absolutely criminal behavior that Heath and Rachel at Urban Customs engage in. I want everyone to be aware that this is the type of business they run, and any cent you may decide to pay them, you may never see again, nor will you necessarily get the services you think you are paying for.

I will be taking them to small claims court following this unbelievable experience, as well as other protective measures to ensure they cannot continue to cheat, threaten, and rip off others.

I needed a flooring company to help me with a project on short notice due to some painting being added to the scope of work and pushing the flooring installation schedule, creating a conflict. I found Phoenix Hardwood Floors online.

From the start they were professional, responsive and friendly. Mark was able to get me on the schedule and take care of my customer with a personal touch.

They discovered some water the insurance company missed and set up their drying equipment to take care of it immediately. The installation was done quickly afterwards. Rosemary, the homeowner, was taken care of with a professional quality job.

I really appreciated Mark and Dan being able to take care of the customer. I was able to hand this off with confidence that the project would get done well by a licensed, trustworthy company.

I called AZ Floor Removal based on the great Google reviews. We needed thinset removed from a 300 sq. ft. space prior to laying new flooring. I called last week, they answered right away and answered my questions, including a general estimate based on the square footage I gave over the phone. We scheduled for today at 8:00am.

At 7:55am, they showed up, super friendly, got right to work. Finished by 10:00, only 2 hours and the floors are perfect. All thinset is gone, smooth, immaculate, NO DUST - incredible!

They measured my floors and there was less sq. footage than I gave them so it was actually a little less than they quoted.

I absolutely recommend this company 100% do not waste time researching anyone else. Thank you Matthew and team for such a great experience!

It was a great experience from start to finish. The workmanship of the glass tile backsplash is perfect. Ali came by to sign off on the project as well. I will be calling them in the future for other projects.

European Design Flooring is excellent! Through the whole process, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a huge selection in their showroom which made finding what I want very easy. I'm happy with the results and I've already recommended them to my friends and family!

Well Scott, since you asked, yes it was Floor Source off the I17, my boyfriend actually paid for the carpet so it's his name. The reason for the 2 stars is, the first time we came in the showroom, no one acknowledged us except a salesman that was already working with a client. When we walked up to the desk to ask for a sample of some in stock carpet, the girls couldn't be bothered to stop their conversations and help us. Then a guy came in from the warehouse and joined in their conversation and looked as us as though we were disturbing them. Finally the salesman that was with a client that came over and helped us get a sample. A week or 2 later we came on to purchase some special order carpet and Brent helped us, he told us the.carpet would be in on Friday and we'd get an email to pay for the carpet. We got an email telling us the carpet would be in on Friday and to click on the link to pay, when we click the link we got an error that said don't open the page. I called and talked to a girl who was helpful and she let me know that the order wasn't placed because it hadn't been paid for yet.this is understandable, but it wasn't told to us that it needed to be paid for first. We did ask to pay for it when we were there and Brent told us we'd get an email but made it seem like the order was placed.
We ended up finally getting the carpet but the process was not seemless like it should have been.

Had different typed, which a lot of them don't.

This is the worst company I have ever come across they put no pride in there work they have no respect left me with a huge mess every single night after they left please go somewhere else and save your money cause you will be waisting it if you go with these clowns
