Best Wall Tile in Phoenix AZ

I just dropped off two pallets of flooring, they opened their dock early for me, the people were passionate about the jobs they provide to their community, the “boss man” came out and made sure I was being taken care of and not having to wait to unload, employees were fast, efficient, polite, well groomed, skilled, and gave myself and my co-driver 2 bottles of cold water each when they realized we were from out of town and were just winging it in the desert lol.

Kinda makes me wish I lived nearby just so I could patronize such an awesome business.

John and his crew had the entire floor plan installed a day before moving.

Faster than expected install and the install-quality came out perfect. Highly recommend Alliance. IMO, best home floor installer in Phoenix - hands down.

This installer company has been absolutely amazing. They are with you every step and explain what the problem is and also warranty everything of anything is off they will come right back free of charge. I will continue using them.

AK Brand Flooring are amazing. Ali has done tiling projects on two houses for me as I transitioned and moved. The first was a hard to match Travertine that he went out of his way to find. The second was a project during a holiday week. Tony came in and ripped out previous tile and carpet and then installed a gorgeous wood look tile. Ali goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy. Thank you!

We were at the tail end of our renovation project in central Phoenix when an unexpected issue with our flooring came up. We needed someone to install our new wood floors and demo the old floors ASAP or we wouldn't be able to move back into our home on time. I read the great reviews for Phoenix Wood Flooring and called Ciprian right away. He answered immediately and was able to start on our project that same week and even rearranged his schedule so our job would be finished on time! He is a lifesaver and he did really great work with very fair pricing! He saved us money and a whole lot of stress! He is very knowledgeable and thorough and we are so grateful we found him. We will definitely use this company again with any future wood flooring needs. We highly recommend Phoenix Wood Flooring!!!

I contacted GFC via their website. Tom @ sales contacted me the same day and came out the next day to give me quotes. He answered all my questions and had brought samples. Tom also gave me an idea of their current schedule. When we signed up, I received calls from Monica on the install schedule. She called me giving me plenty of time to plan for the installers arrival. Norberto and his crew - 3 of them in all, called me before heading to our house. They had company t-shirts on and and had company IDs on them as well. They were very professional, explained what they were going to do, answered all my questions, came on time and cleaned up after they were done. I am very happy with their work and attention to detail. I also got email instructions on when to walk/drive on my new floor and how to care for it. I am very happy to have chosen GFC. I would recommend them to my friends.

I was very stressed trying to find a place to clean, grout and seal my porcelain tile floors. AZ Floor King exceeded my expectations!

Found the perfect piece of reclaimed wood for our project. Thomas was very helpful!

Unbelievably poor workmanship and customer service. Unbelievably poor communication internally and externally. Canceled appointments four days in a row. Tried installing the wrong tile. Installed multiple colors of grout in the same room. Cleaning crews calling me to find out if projects are done because they can’t get a hold of ILG. Tile jobs so poor they’re doing things a third time. Installed a batch of defective tile where we had to replace everything on the first floor. If you’re a home builder, please do not work with ILG. If you’re a home buyer buying a home from a company like Taylor Morrison that works with ILG, be prepared for three years of missed appointments and cracked tile like us.

We called them to come and look at our concrete floors, we were scheduled for the next morning at 9 am, we even received an email confirming our appointment and a reminder email the next morning about our appointment.

10am appt. Arrived 0945. Backed in 1230. Unloaded at 1800. Had to reschedule my next 2 deliveries.

Kelli was amazing to work with! I walked in, without an appointment, one day out of the blue. I had an idea of what I wanted, and she patiently and professionally walked me through the design. She made suggestions to improve my dream kitchen remodel. She was responsive in a timely manner to my messages and concerns. Could not have asked for better service! We are expecting our cabinets soon, and will post again once they are complete. Kelli made a normally stressful time much easier. Thank you!!
