We know many times service providers hear about a lack of service or performance. Problems occur, but what separates a great service provider from others, is how they handle issues.

YOU specifically have met, and exceeded our expectation.

Our problem was, as you know, a small area of wood floor damage by termites. There were many solutions to our problem, some would have cost thousands more. You said you could resolve our problem, by addressing just the damaged area. That solution, although less expensive is not easy to do, and takes a real talent to do it right. Other vendors realized they couldn’t effectively address our problem, and walked away.

You said you could resolve the problem, and you did. Pete is a real asset to your company, and showed his skill addressing the project. He continued to work on this until you were both satisfied.

When we look at the repair it is hard to detect where the damage occurred. We originally thought we were going to have a much larger problem, and thus, a much longer and more expensive repair. We needed a timely solution since our house was just listed for sale.

We both feel you, and your company, should be recognized for the way you handled this project from our first meeting until completion.

Others may suffer from similar problems, and we wanted you to be able to say you have addressed issues of this sort, and addressed them to the satisfaction of home owners.
