Best Kitchen Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

We had our tile done by AZ Floors and had major problems with the installation.

We had to beg Robert to fix it. They fought us every step of the way and still only fixed a fraction of the dozens of hollow-spot tiles, despite Robert’s promise to “make it right”. He personally guaranteed we would never have any cracks and offered a “lifetime warranty”.

I called recently to ask them to repair a broken tile and was informed that there's no such thing as a lifetime warranty and was denied help.

They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics.
