I needed a new clicker for the community and HOA told me to contact Park Pro. Called and got redirected to a voicemail. I left a voicemail and took a week to respond and got my clicker and it did not work. I called them and left left message regarding the issue and gave about a week for responding but got nothing. I kept on calling regarding this and I also email programming department but no answer till I kept on calling the office because it has been 3 weeks since they charged my card and gave me the defective clicker. Finally got an email back and said that he will reset the clicker. Well... It only works for 2 days that I know of and IT IS NOT WORKING again. I had to contact the office again and getting redirected to voicemail and wrote an email with a video detached showing the clicker not working. It has been more than a month now with the same issue and no one can help.

Elite was incredible. We contacted them on Monday when our garage door cracked and they had someone out the same day. This was also the same week as Christmas so we were worried that installation of a new door was going to be delayed. Martin was fantastic! He was friendly, attentive, and most importantly he was honest with us. He was able to get us the door we wanted and have it installed BEFORE Christmas Eve!
