Best Commercial New Construction in Phoenix AZ

Juan and his team are amazing! They did an excellent job on my RV gate today and installation. I will definitely use them in the future for any gate, fencing, or brick work. I will be telling my friends and family to use them for sure.They came as promised and throughly finished the job. Exceeded my expectations!!

Johnathon is the most honest, loyal, hard working man I have ever met. I first noticed them building a perfect block fence the way it should be done in the neighborhood of Equestrian estates that is a custom multi million dollar home area, I called him for an estimate and he was punctual and very friendly that I felt like family. I really wanted to use him and have Progressive Fence do the work, my neighbor who lives behind me as we share this 100 ft block wall, went with another company that I didn't want to use, well, the wall was rebuilt in August of 2018 and they left the yard a mess and now our wall has a huge crack in it, since August I have called, text and emailed Johnathan for his advice through all of this headache I have gone through for years and Johnathon ALWAYS had my back and gave me such awesome advice and has even talked with the company my neighbor chose because they were just going to caulk and repaint the big crack which is ONLY a bandaid on a huge problem that would only get worse, THANK YOU JONATHAN FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME, I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU HELPING ME FOR MONTHS AND NOT ASKING FOR A DIME FOR YOUR SERVICES, I FEEL YOU ARE FAMILY NOW! ???

they do not install residential fencing. didnt waste anytime on the phone - she quickly confirmed they cannot help me.. that is already great customer service.

Todd was professional during his visit and his knowledge is awesome. I was glad I took his advice and opinions on my RV privacy gate because they ended up better than the ones I showed him for examples. He has also implemented standards on his gates that surpass any other companies that I looked at. Installation was as scheduled and was very quick and professional. 1 board had a minor scratch on it that I did not even see but THE CREW NOTICED and they scheduled to come back to replace it and did just that. I'm very impressed with the sales and service, but even more so with the gate. So impressed that I had him do another matching gate on an inside the yard dividing wall that I was not planning on doing. It is nice having the nicest gate in the neighborhood! If I ever move I will definitely be calling DCS if I don't love the new home gates!

This company is a pleasure to work. We have worked with them on several jobs and they have always proved to be professional and help us deliver an excellent experience to our customer.

This is the WORST service I have received in a very long time. I was given their contact info by the mesh manufacturer as I was very excited to use their product (and still am).
1. Damen was a no show the first estimate appointment and texted 30 min after our set time to tell me he was on the other side of town and would not make it.
2. Rescheduled with Damen and texted to ensure he was still coming about 15 min after appointment. He responded with I just left my first meeting a little behind this am. I'm about 25 min out which felt a bit like a cop out and that he actually forgot.
3. In between when the first appointment was supposed to happen and the second Damen and I had many texts back and forth about what I was looking for as well as a satellite version of my yard with my desired fence layout. Upon him arriving for the second appointment he was asking me all the same questions we had talked about via text as if we had never talked before. At this point I wasn't even sure if I was dealing with the same person...I reexplained and finished the appointment.
4. I called their office and talked to Rick (the owner) to see about getting a different sales person as I was really unimpressed with Damen. He seemed unsure but agreed to let me work with someone else.
5. I was called back a few days later (9/20) for a deposit ($700+) and told they would get me on the schedule. I received an email stating that install would happen Tuesday 10/19 at 7am and that I would get a call the night before with more details.
6. No call and no show on install day, so I called (8am) and the receptionist told me the scheduler would call me back as she was unsure what happened.
7. No call by 11:30am so I called back and the scheduler answered. When I asked what happened she said that she never received my layout and therefore never ordered my fencing. She said someone named Brian would be in touch.
8. No call from Brian, so I called back today (10/20) and was told that Rick would call me.
9. Brian calls me this afternoon and asks me what is happening as he has a note to call me. I explain what is going on and ultimately just tell him I would like a refund. He said okay and hung up on me.

All of this without a single apology or recognition of their fault in this. I will update on the refund process.

I am very pleased with my new wrought iron fence around my home, and the quality of workmanship is perfect. I had a complicated fence project and these guys nailed it! I wanted to say Thanks!

Don came out to provide the quote gave us several options on set up and materials appointment took about 20 minutes and advised it would take 3-4 weeks for the gate to be made. Gate was installed 3 weeks later by Zac and Caleb- they were so professional, kind, and did a spectacular job installing our gate. We received three quotes from competitors and they blew the others out of the water with price, professionalism, and time for install.

This company was very quick to respond to my residential inquiry and was happy to provide a quote. Once the details and price was verified, Block Fence of Phoenix offered their services within a few weeks and came out to my home for a more detailed measurement, in the middle of the summer. My block wall was finished in two days, and 3 fences were installed 3 days later. Their work was very professional looking and even had my neighbors coming over to ask who did the construction. We were referred by another business that had Fence Builders of Arizona do their wrought iron security fencing for their dog facility and were very happy. We contacted several fence companies and these guys were the best! Best ideas, best service and communication and the price was very fair. We love our fence and would recommend Fence builders to anyone.

They don't ever show up. I spoke with 2 different people there, each of them said they would come to my house to measure and give me a quote. The first one told me 4 different times that he was coming. I waited at home and no one ever showed. 4 times! So I decided to give them another chance and spoke with someone else. He made an appointment with me and never showed! They clearly don't stick to their word so they definitely won't be getting my business.
