We moved into our new home with our 2 year old and needed a pool gate ASAP. DCS Industries came to the rescue. We had someone out within a few days who helped us design the gate layout and select materials that would be best. We were scheduled to have our gate installed within 9 days of moving in.

Our installer and gate expert Art did an outstanding job. He was professional and went above and beyond. He took the time to talk us through the details of our instalation options. Our yard is not flat so im glad we had someone with so much experience to perfect our gate. He wanted to maintain the beauty of our yard and ensure the safety of our child around the pool. Our gate looks amazing and definitely enhances the esthetics of our yard.

I had a really great experience with Chris and his team. They did a beautiful job on my perimeter fencing. It’s opened up my yard and adds a lot of character to the home.

It has been a poor experience from the beginning. I’ve had to call them on 5 different occasions. Both automatic gate mounts ripped out of the wall. Only one side would open. The gate closes with a 6” gap between the panels (not good when we have a dog we’re trying to keep in the backyard). The gate closes then opens frequently. It hasn’t worked right since the day it was installed. We spent a lot of money on the opener and I shouldn’t have to call SIX TIMES for it to operate correctly. The company has responded to me each time, but can’t seem to get the repair right. The owner is a nice enough guy that promises to make it right, but after 4 months and 5 service calls later, it still doesn’t work right. They have sent an employee out each time who also is very nice and tried hard to fix our issues, but I would think after the second time that the owner would personally come out and fix it, knowing that there’s been persistent problems.

Well after some of those storms it finally did my fence in and my insurance company told me to get 3 bids to replace it. Arizona Fence came in the middle for estimates and my insurance company would only pay me the least priced bid. Mike was able to match the price and installed a real nice

I contacted the CFO David about a job I needed done asap. He came out the next day and looked at the work that needed to be done, said it would be easy. A couple of days past by and he told me he was waiting on supplier info, and that he would have an answer by end of day. He never got back to me, and completely stopped returning my phone calls and emails. If he was unable to do the job, he should have called back and said so, no problem. But the choice to ignore a potential client, goes to show the level of care and professionalism this man/company have. Also, they are more expensive than their competitors. Dont bother with them, they will waste your time.

We were referred by another business that had Fence Builders of Arizona do their wrought iron security fencing for their dog facility and were very happy. We contacted several fence companies and these guys were the best! Best ideas, best service and communication and the price was very fair. Needed to share my experience with Fence Builders of Arizona for our Desert Mountain Home, we needed a quality wrought iron fence that looked good and kept the coyotes out of our yard, as we live backed up to the golf coarse.
