Everyone from start to finish was professional and knowledgeable. From our first contact with Aaron Stanley to help us do the design to Juan Galindo who came to do final measurements and project review with us to Shawn & Beth Murphy, our installers, they all came when they said they would and did what they said they'd do. Shawn and Beth were especially wonderful to work with, as they executed the sometimes difficult requirements we had for the shower to meet my sisters needs.

We had just recently bought this house and had several different contractors in for different projects, and this team was easily the best and easiest to work with. I would recommend them again to anyone.

I currently work for Ben and finally found an employer that isn’t afraid or to good to bust his butt day in day out on the whole project with his employees! He is very meticulous, knowledgeable, and extremely accurate in all of his projects. He is the definition of a caring boss and professional businessman!... I hired Mesic Contracting to do a bathroom remodel. They were very responsive and helpful in helping me pick out a new tub, accessories, and paint. The bathroom came out beautiful! I will definitely use them again in the future.

Can’t say enough positive things about Dwell House. They managed my remodel professionally from start to finish. My finished rooms were everything I had hoped for. Steve and his team renovated our 1950s Arcadia Lite home this summer. We met with nearly 10 contractors to get quotes and Steve's pricing and schedule were in line with or better than most but we went with Steve based on the comfort level we had with him after our first meeting. Steve asks all the right questions and provided suggestions and inputs that made our project so much better. Our work included removing multiple load bearing walls and installing beams in our ceiling and support footers; associated drywall work and some additional drywall work; installation of all new flooring and baseboards; retexturizing of the entire great room ceiling; movement of electrical switches and outlets and installation of new recessed lighting and chandeliers/fixtures; plumbing in our laundry room; addition of a tankless water heater and the associated electrical work; removal of microwave and cabinetry and replacement with a range hood and accent backsplash in the kitchen; and the addition of an island in our kitchen. Steve was a great communicator and the only reason the project took longer and cost more than originally quoted was because of work scope we added. In fact, Steve offset some of that increased cost with cost reductions in other areas. We couldn't be happier with the results and when we complete additional renovations over time in our home we will contact Sun Country Renovations without question.

Highly recommended!! We worked with Trinity to remodel our 3 bathrooms and they were excellent to work with. We were looking for a pretty quick turnaround and they were able to start right away, and get the job done quickly! From the beginning, Slade was very responsive and easy to get a hold of, and responded quickly to our numerous questions and tweaks to the plan. The workers in our home (specifically Fransisco and Victor!) were extremely professional, respectful of our home and family, and just a pleasure to be around. They were super reliable and came every day. Each day they cleaned up so well that you could barely tell they were there. I have an 18 month old baby and a very social dog and was home during most of the work, and Fransisco and Victor, as well as all the workers, were so kind to us. The work was done well and very thoroughly, and they listened to our requests and made them happen. Slade and his wife Becky helped us stay organized and on track. Our bathrooms are beautiful and the work is such high quality. I highly recommend Trinity! A wonderful, respectable company that was such a pleasure to work with.

One of the selling points - features that led us to the purchase of a Regal American Home was the agreement that they would fix (within reason) any minor issues with the home. In the beginning, the company was very responsive and willing to help when they could. After several months and turnover with employees, the communication fell off. I completely understand that based on the transaction being over but there was an agreement in place when we purchased the home that they would be available. We had to pay out of pocket for several urgent electrical repairs when they couldn't be reached. Being a homeowner is expensive, but a electrical issues in the first year is not quality work. The communication-answer with the company is that they sub out all work. Fast forward, they did agree to repairs after a year we where in the home. The latest project manager admitted that our tankless water heater was not installed properly and did nothing to fix it. All around a very disappointing experience. We decided to pay out of pocket to repair this rather than go back and forth with the company.

A cheat and an embezzler. Cheated us of 14000 dollars.Took money, never did work.

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
