Brandon (owner) went above and beyond and we cannot be more thankful! The hope for a beautiful home remodel had already been crushed by the lack of professionalism and detail from two other companies so our expectations were at an all-time low when Brandon’s tile guys showed up. Daniel and Antonio came in and knocked us off our socks! Their work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism and finish work was absolutely amazing. They fixed and finished work that other tile companies failed to complete and after 5 painful months, Daniel and Antonio turned our house into a home. Randy and Tyra are an amazingly professional team. We have utilized their services twice. Upon moving into our town home in Tempe they assisted with rehanging doors, installing excellent lighting in my wife's craft room, making general drywall repairs in the home, and installing exterior light fixtures. They were more than willing to provide an estimate prior to work which was extremely detailed and accurate. I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
