Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!

The demo portion of my remodel is done. So far so good. Can't wait for the rest of the project! The whole team at SheWorks is responsive. I highly recommend.

Steve and his team renovated our 1950s Arcadia Lite home this summer. We met with nearly 10 contractors to get quotes and Steve's pricing and schedule were in line with or better than most but we went with Steve based on the comfort level we had with him after our first meeting. Steve asks all the right questions and provided suggestions and inputs that made our project so much better. Our work included removing multiple load bearing walls and installing beams in our ceiling and support footers; associated drywall work and some additional drywall work; installation of all new flooring and baseboards; retexturizing of the entire great room ceiling; movement of electrical switches and outlets and installation of new recessed lighting and chandeliers/fixtures; plumbing in our laundry room; addition of a tankless water heater and the associated electrical work; removal of microwave and cabinetry and replacement with a range hood and accent backsplash in the kitchen; and the addition of an island in our kitchen. Steve was a great communicator and the only reason the project took longer and cost more than originally quoted was because of work scope we added. In fact, Steve offset some of that increased cost with cost reductions in other areas. We couldn't be happier with the results and when we complete additional renovations over time in our home we will contact Sun Country Renovations without question.

Once we had our plan and budget in place, the project unfolded in a timely manner with high quality, professional work. We were very impressed with everyone involved, especially our project manager, Greg. He coordinated everything and kept us informed about all the details even though we occupied the home during the project. The owner, Jim, was also a part of the project and guaranteed that the company would meet all our expectations. We highly recommend this company for a home remodel project!

This company is amazing. I was expecting tens of thousands of dollars for new granite counters but that was not even close. Jason the sales guy was amazing and worked magic to make my kitchen remodel happen at a very affordable price. This place uses CNC Machines to cut your counters so I don’t even need to say that the final product was perfect. We had several bad stones that showed flaws. These people could have just installed it and I would have never known any different but Jose the production guy was looking out for our best interest when he spotted flaws and we picked new stones until it was perfect! I can’t say enough about Diamond Granite. They are the best.

My wife and I met with Sandra, Bri, and the whole team recently and had an amazing experience!! We’re building a custom home in Scottsdale (our first) and the design process became quite overwhelming until we discovered the magic of the Design Lab. From our first email and phone call I could tell that they were true professionals with a keen eye for our modern farmhouse aesthetic. We set up a 2-hour appointment at the Lab and met with the whole team who carefully and thoughtfully laid out each room all the way down to the cabinets, flooring, lighting, hardware, countertops, and plumbing fixtures. The designs were fresh, unique, and exciting and totally exceeded our high expectations. To be able to check all the boxes at a single location in just a couple hours is incredibly valuable and unusual. A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it.
