We stopped all work when they put the tile down unstaggered. They will take advantage of your kindness and weakness by staying till 10pm on a weekday. Expect you to not bother them on Sunday when they have employees at our house. Agreed to not charge to remove and fix but did not want to pay for replacement tiles. Send only one tile layer .
