They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. Alan did an absolutely fantastic job! We really feel lucky to have found him. We had several quotes from a variety of bathroom remodeling professionals. We could tell right away that he knows what he’s doing and made us feel very confident that he would do just what we wanted. He is a perfectionist. That is what you want when doing a bathroom! His quote was absolutely fair. His communication was excellent. His timeline was realistic. He works very clean. Always cleaned up after himself. He was very good about some of the changes we made during the process. In fact what started as only one shower remodel became two. He works with an expert plumber that did excellent work. (Simon’s Plumbing). He also has a fantastic glass guy. (AJL Glass). We are so happy with the work he did we recommend him to anyone. We will be having him back to do our floors In the future. He really is the best choice!!

I hired Home Solutionz for replacing carpet and some painting before moving in. They got the job done, but I am rating them 3 stars because of the lack of communication and lack of commitment to resolve problems. The carpet install which was the major portion was delayed by two days. I understand delays occur, but timely updates would have helped. The project manager assigned to me (not naming here) was not of much help. She clearly did not care about timely updates on delays. I relied on her communication as I was not onsite most of the time. She was either too busy or least bothered to return calls. The carpet install and bathroom door install were delayed by 2 days and just a day before my move date, and I never got an update after it was completed. The only saving grace for this vendor was the sales person Audrey who was in constant touch and helped a lot with selecting the right carpet and fair price.

My wife and I were looking to update our flooring. We wanted a wood look but did not want the upkeep or the price of wood. We had shopped Home Depot, Lowes, and a couple other big flooring stores. One of my customers suggested we visit Arizona Floors. Well, best thing we ever did. We met with Robert and he was very knowledgeable. He explained the advantages of a wood look ceramic tile. We were able to take home a few samples. Two days later, Robert came out for a measure and had a quote same day. We were very impressed with the level of service we received and went ahead with our purchase from Arizona Floors and have them do the installation. Two weeks later we have our new floors. They are perfect. We will be a customer for life, you can count on that. Thank you Arizona Floors.
