Best House Construction in Phoenix AZ

Phoenix Home Remodeling did a fantastic job for me. They did all my floors, 2 bathrooms and my kitchen in 5 weeks (one of which I was away on vacation) without going a dollar over the original budget. Ben’s project management skills take all the work off of me. All I had to do was pick things out and he did the rest. Mark did a fantastic job with every detail. His workmanship is exceptional as is the work of their tile team. I couldn’t be happier with the results, the price and the most of all the overall customer experience. We all know how hard it is to find trustworthy contractors in this area because there’s so much demand. I’m glad I found PHR and I will be gladly refer them to anyone that asks. Thanks guys…

I selected Holtzman out of a large group of local companies as they seemed to have the best understanding and appreciation of what I wanted done, and were within price expectations. Rob Hardee was my Project Manager and my go to person.

The scope of work was as follows. The previous owner of my house enclosed the patio into an additional room but made some decisions that made is susceptible to water. The room flooded during the massive rain back in 2014. Since then we were keeping it clean but unused until we could afford to repair.

When it came time to repair we knew we wanted two things, raise the floor to the same height as the rest of the house, and remove concrete on the side of the house that was higher than the room. Most companies wither wanted to repair in place and not raise the room or do a full demo of everything. Rob Hardee was open to some alternatives recommended by friends of mine in the industry, he carefully considered the the options and we went with what I felt was the best option.

We did not overrun budget with the exception of a small amount on tile as the cost of tile we picked was higher than the estimate. With the refinancing boom we came to the table expecting that many construction companies were going to be stretched thin, but Rob was responsive to questions and communicative throughout the whole process so we were not concerned.

Absolutely will use HHI again when I have more remodeling to do.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! Bobby and his team are fantastic! I could not be happier with the results after working with Atelier 507. During our initial conversations, Bobby was very thoughtful, creative, and thorough in his approach to the project. During design, he worked through a number of iterations until we had it just right and we balanced the design, timeline, and budget. In construction, Atelier 507 was very proactive and attentive to detail. With any renovation, small unexpected things happen, but the key is the way those issues are resolved. Bobby and his team were always there to help guide us in the best way possible and provide options for every solution. Highly recommend this team and will use them again in the future.

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

Working with Hunter was an awesome experience. He is a dedicated and hardworking person, who's willing to listen to your needs and work towards giving you exactly what you want. In my experience, it's often difficult communicating with many GC's as they either don't provide context, or don't listen directly to your feedback. However, working with Hunter was much more smooth, he was able to sit down with us, listen to our goals, and implement what we were looking for. I would strongly recommend Hunter and Offcut Interiors.

Can’t say enough positive things about Dwell House. They managed my remodel professionally from start to finish. My finished rooms were everything I had hoped for. What a great experience! Lorrie's design ideas were perfect. We got to the point during the project that we just told her to do what she thought was best, because her ideas were always so spot on. It turned out amazing. And on the construction side, I've never seen a construction company that was so dedicated to following their schedule for completion, always keeping us posted on where things stood, constant cleanliness, and perfectionists on the work being done. The kind of contractors and workers that you wish for but never seem to get . . . and the finished project far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Scott and Lorrie for a fantastic remodel.

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

Clean work zone. Honest craftsmen

Tried three weeks ago to get a quote on remdeling my Master Bathroom, walked in to showroom and the two women in front were rude and of no help at all. When I asked to speak to someone about a bathroom remodel, I was told that person was away at lunch.n Because I was very happy with the work they have done remodeling my kitchen 10 years ago, I went to the web site yesterday. Got a call from some representative (unknown nbr) and she was rude and seemed uninterested. Sorry it didnt work out because I think you have done great work in the past. Now a person cant even get an estimate

We purchased a beautiful slab of granite and they installed it. we absolutely loved it and the overall experience was great. Everyone that came by to measure and install were courteous, professional and clean.

Had them build a simple pergola in the back yard. They did awesome! Took about 3 days to complete including paint
