We contracted with Phoenix Home Remodeling to renovate our three bathrooms and they did a fantastic job. Great communication, the project plan kept at least one bathroom functional throughout, absolutely zero corner cutting, great attention to detail, and very clean work. Mark, Ben and Jeremy are responsive, helpful, skilled and easy to work with. Their level of craftsmanship is something that every contractor should aspire to.

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

After almost proceeding with another fabricator, I called Daniel at Diamond Granite. They are on the recommended list of fabricators at Arizona Tile, and Daniel came out almost immediately. It was a very through discussion and he provided my quote on site at the conclusion of our meeting. Mike came out next to do the templating. This was a great experience as they use lasers and software to build the templating on a PC. From there they will take pictures of your slab and position the images on the template so you see your kitchen layout before a single cut is made. The installation crew was on time and did a great job! I highly recommend Diamond Granite. Thanks again.

We’re building a custom home in Scottsdale (our first) and the design process became quite overwhelming until we discovered the magic of the Design Lab. We set up a 2-hour appointment at the Lab and met with the whole team who carefully and thoughtfully laid out each room all the way down to the cabinets, flooring, lighting, hardware, countertops, and plumbing fixtures. The designs were fresh, unique, and exciting and totally exceeded our high expectations. To be able to check all the boxes at a single location in just a couple hours is incredibly valuable and unusual. We would’ve spent countless hours for each product selection and had “too many cooks in the kitchen” blending their thoughts about style and selections. The design lab provides a one-stop shop with talented designers and an unmatched cohesiveness. Their dedication and communication to finish off the project since the meeting has been impressive especially during this pandemic.
