Phoenix Home Remodeling did all of the heavy lifting on a fix and flip project for me! It's was only my second project and these guys made it a nice and easy experience. In the fix and flip world, or life in general, you hear horror stories about how contractors have been a nightmare....NOT THESE GUYS!!! Super friendly, prompt, kept a clean and neat worksite. I'd use them again and def recommend to anyone that asks. I'll def be calling them for the next one......hopefully they'll still have time for us little guys!

We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

It was pleasure doing business with PJH Construction. The part owner - Andrew Thruston came out and knew exactly what my wife and I were looking for. From the start of the project (building office/den and featured wall in great room) which the assigned project manager was Jeff and was delivering excellent results with his crew: Alex, Robert, Fernando and Giovanni. In addition, Jose who worked on the featured wall in great room which came out PERFECT! Again, my wife and I really appreciate the honesty with the PJH crew as they accomplished the project before the committed deadline. Bobby and his team are fantastic! I could not be happier with the results after working with Atelier 507. During our initial conversations, Bobby was very thoughtful, creative, and thorough in his approach to the project. During design, he worked through a number of iterations until we had it just right and we balanced the design, timeline, and budget. In construction, Atelier 507 was very proactive and attentive to detail. With any renovation, small unexpected things happen, but the key is the way those issues are resolved. Bobby and his team were always there to help guide us in the best way possible and provide options for every solution. Highly recommend this team and will use them again in the future.

I am a not just a fan or Dion and the professionalism of his team-- I am a raving fan. We have had multiple issues with other contractors for home repairs that just weren't done properly. My house had stucco work that had been damaged by moisture and rain, ceiling work and painting from wear and tear, and interior painting and drywall work. Dion's crew genuinely cared about how clean our house needed to be, the procedures they needed to follow, the quality of service, post-repair clean up and the time frame our project needed to be completed. I would certainly hire Dion and his team as our GC in heartbeat for our home improvement needs.

We buit our house with David Mikes. We were worried we wouldn't know how to handle such a large project. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have David as our contractor.

David would set up weekly meetings with his subcontractor or company contact. We would meet with David and the specialist in the area we were looking at that week. The meetings were always very productive because David was right there helping with decisions, dimensions, architectural plans and logistics to make the process smooth.

I have four other fiends who were building at the same time with other companies. They did not have the same easy experience we had. Most of them had to hire designers and work on their own schedules to make selections needed to move forward in a timely manor.

David was very good about reminding us about costs. He wanted to make sure there were no surprises when we decided to upgrade in many different areas.

We have never had trouble reaching David. He is very prompt in answering phone, texts and emails. He handles situations quickly without any complaint. He has handled the punch list very responsibly. We have no complaints.

Over the building process we also became very good friend's with David Mikes. Through all the many meetings over the build time, he was always very enjoyable to be around. We all have many good memories of building our dream home.

Look no further, you have found the best of the best! Slade and his team are a dream to work with for a homeowner. He helped my family manage a 3,000sq ft total remodel - 3 bathrooms, kitchen, floor plan changes, etc. He’s not only intelligent, responsive, reliable, professional with high integrity, he’s also just a total blast to work with.

He helped us navigate and problem solve many challenges as they came up during the renovation process. He keeps a clean job site and has total respect for your home. His crew is respectful and always on time. They clean up the job site at the end of each day and are a joy to be around.

We enjoyed our experience so much with Slade and his team, we took the leap of faith to do another renovation with he and his team. That’s saying a lot as renovations are not fun!

I would recommended him to my friends and family 365 days a year! Go for it! You won’t be sorry.

Amazing group of people to work with. The whole process of our bathroom remodel went seamlessly and we would recommend this company to all of our family and friends!

When we decided to gut and remodel two bathrooms in our home, an inconvenient and messy project to say the least, we were determined to find the right contractor, especially since we have had less than enjoyable remodeling experiences in the past.
As soon as we met Jon, we knew he was going to be our guy. We immediately saw that he had the personality traits that would make working with him very comfortable. He is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. His communication skills are stellar. He stayed in constant contact throughout the entire project and gave daily updates regarding the schedule and any other pertinent information. We were never in the dark about what was happening.
Every trades person who came into our home, was polite, clean and respectful and their work was excellent. Jon helped us initially define and then refine our vision and delivered it with perfection. Our new bathrooms are beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. Jon has our business for life. I can say with complete confidence that Maple Avenue Construction will not disappoint.

Our experience with Republic West was terrific from the moment we called them. They are very professional, courteous and budget conscious. Arthur's designs exceeded our expectation, Kathy was invaluable in helping us pick our tile and fixtures and the teams that worked in our house were wonderful. We could not recommend them enough. Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

We obtained several bids prior to proceeding with Diamond Granite and Remodel. From our first meeting with Danny the sales representative, we felt comfortable with his explanations and he was very straightforward about the process. He explained the lead time would be several weeks, due to busy schedule and the move to their new facility. Rachel in the front office was very helpful in getting my final template/measurements when I had a schedule conflict, she also maintained our install date, though we had to delay the final template appointment. When the installers Ernesto and Jose’ arrived they were polite, professional and courteous, the install went smoothly until our Bartop which had several complex angles involved, wasn’t fitting properly, Ernesto carefully measured and made a few adjustments taking his time until it fit perfectly. The job ran a bit long and another installer Art replaced Jose’ who had an appointment, transition was seamless the guys did a fantastic job. Danny won us over,from the beginning, and we were very pleased in our choice.
