They did a great job and it looks very good.I called a few weeks after the install because the shower floor seemed very slippery, and I was hoping there would be something they could do about it. As it turns out, there is! It took a few days to hear back from them but when I spoke to Angie, she was able to send someone out the very next day to apply a kind of textured coating.Brandon came out, arrived when I expected him, and quickly took care of it, leaving me with clear instructions about how long to wait before using it, and letting me know if it was not quite grippy enough they could do a second coat.I appreciated this extra service to help make sure the shower is not the scene of a future slip!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I was over charged, for cheap plastic finishings. I am still in the process of repairing what was done myself since the company ghosted me back in December of 2022. They keep asking for a survey which I find interesting, since they know my experience. I got tired of the SPAM and so here is my honest experience. The corp office is even worse that the franchise I worked with, they could care less and just hung up on me.
