We hired Daniel with golden touch interiors to do some remodeling in our new house. We remodel the two bathrooms (showers), new wood floors, granite countertops and we painted the entire house in and outside. Daniel and his guy's did an amazing job in time scheduled.We highly recommend this company.

Just got out of a lawsuit with this bait and switch scam artist of a company.
run far away do not use signature kitchen and bath. they are awful paid them off just to get them out of our life.
Their positive reviews are a hoax.
Would go into more detail however, I'm over it.

Second the bad reviews, should have listened, decided to give them a chance, unreliable, no control over their own workers, seem to work several jobs at the same time, office talks nice but finds excuses, find someone else.

Ken is a straight businessman. He knows what's up and will efficiently deal with the insurance. My bathroom had significant water damage and ended up getting a good section of it tore out during the repairs. The crew operating under Ken was very capable and put everything back together so that the end result was better than what we started with. Thanks guys!

We initially hired DRC to complete some plans for an extensive renovation to our Scottsdale home. Dale made representations about their ability to do architectural plans, engineering calculations and also complete the construction. We should have read the signs early, he was an hour late to the initial meeting and then, during the next 9 months it took to get the plans finished, there were lots of mistakes and omissions. It felt like I was marking homework from a pre-schooler. Every time the next set of plans were provided there were omissions, mistakes and forgotten items we had spoken about at previous meetings where I had kept notes.
Dale never turned up with any notes, never took any notes and rarely remembered anything we spoke about. His attention to detail is lacking and his pricing is ridiculous. He wanted $27k for a portable potty rental and $8k for a new hot water heater!
The initial budget was $650k and this was confirmed to be still on track at a meeting in May (8 months in) where we requested an update as to when the plans would be finished and when we could get a bid. We finally got a partial bid in August after putting pressure on him, the bid came back at just under $1.3M (admittedly there were some optional additions included that would have reduced the price by circa $150k if removed) however the bid was still $500k over all of his estimates. We now have a set of plans that we paid $12.5k for that are useless as most of the items we designed were based on the pricing advice of Dale coming in at circa $650k. They will have to be re-done by a real builder. DRC pretends to be a one-stop-shop with all trades on staff, however, they work out of their house and rely upon outside trades to do all the work.

It seems like DRC are a “mom and pop” outfit that are playing outside their lane. They need to keep putting up garden sheds and leave the real building to professionals. Do yourself a favour, KEEP LOOKING!

Great place! I was looking for affordable flooring and they had tons of options. They let me take a couple of samples home so I could compare the flooring with my cabinets. The next area in my house that I redo I will definitely be going back there. The customer service and prices are unbeatable.

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

Alex and his team are professional, efficient and clean as you go. Alex is a great communicator and is timely with his projects. He completes your project within the timeline agreed upon and within budget which I appreciate. I have recommended him to others and they have also been happy with his work. I have used him on several projects and have other projects booked in the near future for various trades, drywall, granite install, tile work, flooring, plumbing and painting. Should you need a remodel or a simple fix, Alex can assist. Seems as though no job is too big or too small. I encourage anyone to give him a call in the Phoenix-Metro Area.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

When it was time to repair the house, the damage was so major that we decided to start a whole house remodel project. We contacted this business in Glendale as they were close to where we live and had their contractor over for a consultation. The guy seemed very intelligent and super knowledgeable about the products and current styles. He helped us turn our house into our dream home. The prices were fair and very affordable. I strongly recommend them to others.

Mario did the quartz countertops for our kitchen and laundry room remodels. Everything turned out great and he was super easy to work with and was fairly priced. He was especially flexible with working with us to hold our remnants from the kitchen while we finalized our needs for the laundry room.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!

Saw an ad on the web advertising replacement unit's at low price. Tried contacting them after 3rd attempt I was successful! I was then told they really don't do that anymore, that it's an old page on the web. Yet when you google the page it is attached to their current website.
Sound's shaky if not deceiving to me.
