It has been ~1 month since my bathroom upgrades (master and hall) have been completed and I can't be happier. It was a pleasure to work with the team @ Signature. My Project Manager Mike was great and the workers were professional, courteous and competent. I have to give a shout out to Chad who was at my home ~80% of the time.

As with any project when you open up walls or floors you never know what you will find. As it turned out the master bathroom shower pan was not installed correctly and required additional work to repair. Mike worked with me to understand the issue, and fix as well as worked with me in regards to the added cost. He also was great in sourcing materials to match the existing tile.

The overall experience was better than I expected. Mike was great at keeping me informed and setting expectations upfront. Providing tips on how to make the experience less frustrating. And when I called with a change or a concern he was always understanding and helpful.

I plan on using Signature for my Kitchen upgrade next year.

Daniel was easy to work with and gave us confidence that our new granite counter tops would come out exactly as I wanted. Daniel helped us pick out the perfect patching slabs for our large kitchen and island. During the home visit, he also pointed out a few potential demo problems so that I would not be disappointed. Fortunately, his crew did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure that the demo and install went exactly as I wanted. They crew did in fact come across one of the problems Daniel pointed out so they spent the extra time to ensure that the demo was done carefully and correctly. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. I highly recommend Daniel and his install crew!

I had Reborn put in a new shower in my Jack and Jill bathroom and they did an amazing job. The installers, Danny and Kyle were terrific, they arrived actually a little earlier then they said they would be there. The were very polite and worked nonstop to get the job done in one visit. They even finished earlier than they thought they would. Our new shower turned out absolutely beautiful, thank you Reborn and I will definitely be recommending you to my friends and neighbors. A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Not only are they professional and transparent with pricing and communication, they can help with any remodel project, remediation needs; they can even help you with a new or remodeled pool! One stop shopping for these services makes life so much easier!

Good salesman and good design. Quality of product is also good. Pricing was a bit suspect. Initial quote was discounted significantly after comparison with other companies. I felt it was unnecessary to start so high. Problems were mainly with communication with the office and the service department. Scheduling took numerous interactions, a simple fix could have been explained over the phone, but instead had to wait for a service call to be scheduled. Ordered shoe shelves after install and they sat on them for over a month, until I called to find out what was going on. Lots of passing of the buck and delayed responses.

Ed and Greg @ “The Remodeling Firm”, are awesome. Every time I go there, they are full of knowledge, conversation and great ideas. I really appreciate them.

We used ATR to mount a TV and some lightning on our patio. The experience went very well and we are totally thrilled with the work that was completed. Randy was very professional and we already have discussed our next project with him. ATR is responsible and does quality work. We will certainly use them again!!!
