After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

We had flooding at our house and needed immediate reconstruction as an outside wall was removed. Reuben was easily reached, responsive and sent a crew out to complete our reconstruction right away. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. Ruidoso remodeled/updated the kitchen (new cabinets, flooring, backsplash, fans, lighting and fume hood) and bathroom (took out the sunken tub and split vanities, reconfigured the space with double vanities, ensuite entrance, and a beautiful walk in shower). They are meticulous, professional, creative, and kept me up to date with the process, even with the difficulties with the product supply line.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They will be back in Jan to replace some windows!

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. I highly recommend Alex and his team. Alex is professional, trustworthy and an expert in this trade. Alex redid both showers in my home and I am very satisfied with the end result. He installed tile walls & floors, replaced a vanity along with all the faucets and fixtures, he extended the master bath having to move walls, plumbing and set a new foundation. He even built a nice big closet in the bathroom area. Alex is easy to talk to and is good with sharing ideas if you’re unsure of what you need or want done.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

It has been a few months since our bathroom remodel was completed.
Now that I have been using the bathroom (and everything works perfectly), I love it even more than when it was completed. It is an Art Deco design and Signature A did everything to make my dream complete. We were able to stay within our budget and our Proj. Mgr. was extremely helpful in making the project a huge success.

Lets just say that our 1970's kitchen now looks like a show house. I can say, from start of the process, to the finish was more than most companies would do. The granite that they purchased for us is amazing, and exactly what we wanted, and walking us through the steps to install it was more than helpful. Any questions, or concerns I had were promptly answered within 30 minutes or less, and always precise and beyond satisfaction. If ever you think you are just a job for them, then you are sadly mistaken. The personal touch that was given, questions answered and time to talk to you through the whole process is undeniably amazing. Do not let the word Affordable in their name throw you, this company allowed us to have a dream kitchen. I honestly know that what we got is just as good, if not better than most companies out there. I could go on, but just know that if you want a great job, done with YOU in mind then contact them, you will not be disappointed!

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
