I had such a great experience that I just wanted to share for any of you looking to remodel in the future. Nick with Mustache Approved Remodeling was absolutely phenomenal. He was professional, kind, walked me through things step by step, worked in a timely and organized manner, and was ON TIME EVERY DAY. He even went as far as showing up when he had his other professionals scheduled to make sure THEY showed up on time. His prices were better than 2 other quotes I recieved, he has warranties and only uses materials that also have seperate warranties and made my life so much easier through the process. I had a leak in my shower and had to replace the entire thing, because of that, he made a point to try and get things done for me even quicker because he knew this was a bad situation for us. If you are looking for someone, HE IS YOUR GUY. Get other quotes if you must, but I promise you he will likely beat them, and he will do better.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Got a quote. Then they never showed to do the work. A month later they have no idea how we got lost and proceed to once again not show. Moved on.

Randy and Tyra of ATR have performed several jobs for us over the last couple of months. We found them after a slew of other companies overcharged and disappointed - ATR is total opposite of that, you get what you pay for and then some. The quality of their work, their dependability, their pricing, and their friendly nature make them our go-to company for all things home repair! This week they completed a new backsplash for us at our home in Ahwatukee/phoenix and holy cow it is nice! We paid a fraction of the cost that others estimated and our kitchen is beautiful! Hire them for all your home repairs, you will be glad you did!

Our bathroom was stuck in the 80's and now it's not! Thanks to Qualtire we are so happy and couldn't be happier! They came in and got rid of everything and put in a beautiful walk in shower, a water closet, new cabinets, new flooring, new everything and it's so beautiful and such high quality. I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.

Terrible services. Owner of Dodge Ram truck driving around with no concern for anyone, anything or even himself. Be better buddy. Your attitude reflects in everything you do.
