Ron,who heads RMS, is an experienced and reliable home remodeling contractor. He did extensive work on renovating our kitchen and replacing our floor tile in several rooms. In addition, his painters and electricians were excellent and professional. More importantly, he gave us a fair price for our project and completed all work on time. You can’t go wrong with this company which I am highly recommending.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. Can’t say enough positive things about Dwell House. They managed my remodel professionally from start to finish. My finished rooms were everything I had hoped for. They wither well with my designer and handled all glitches and changes well. I would recommend Luke Bourne and Dwell House to anyone and I plan to use them for my next remodeling needs.

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

Have lived in north central for the past 20 years, I had heard about the steller reputation of Kirk Development. Had a kitchen and master bath remodel from Kirk and we couldn't be more happy. The entire process went very smoothly. They came up with innovative designs at a very fair and reasonable price. The workers were very respectful and took extreme care to keep things neat, clean and orderly.
With mom visititing often, Kirk also outfitted the home with senior citizen upgrades with wider doorways etc. Was impressed the Kirk was one of the few contractors in the area who was specifically certified in these senior upgrades.

The Remodel store is a local company that we didn’t even know about until we attended a neighborhood fair. They transformed my shower. Georgina and Sam were professional and easy to work with. I didn’t feel like they overcharged me. We had some minor issues but we were sure to let them know right away. They were quick to take action to remediate the situation and also didn’t hesitate to apologize when necessary.

We hired Hochuli Design & Remodeling to do a pretty big job for us, updating a mid-century house in Tempe. The design phase was enjoyable. Lorrie did a great job understanding our sense of style to come up with a plan for a kids’ bathroom, entryway storage, new fireplace facade, dining room, and of course a beautiful kitchen. Decisions were made in a timely fashion and they were willing to modify the plans a couple times to get the budget into our preferred range. Construction went smoothly and quickly and we appreciated the daily reports made available to us. In addition, the billing was handled in a very organized and convenient way, with electronic payments made easy via their website. All in all we are very happy with the way the house turned out and we would use their services again if we ever needed to do another project.

Republic West Remodeling knows what they are doing. They widened a door frame in one of our homes so wheelchairs can fit through to the activity room, ensuring everyone is included in an afternoon of fun. Efficient, professional, and a job well done!

We had some water damage due to a leak that went undetected for a long time. After the water mitigation team came in and dried everything up we contacted Matador Construction for the rebuild.

We were starting to run into the holidays at this point and were worried that we would not have a kitchen for our guests on Christmas. Not only did Matador come in and give an estimate right away, they were able to get the work done extremely fast and before the holidays. We can't thank Matador and their team enough for literally saving Christmas for us. Our cupboards look as if nothing every happened. I can't recommend them enough.
