I wanted enough natural light for all my plants and when Lorrie suggested extending the living area into the patio to make a sunroom, I was blown away by her ideas. This company is the best for all of your construction needs. I don’t recommend many companies, but this is one I believe strongly in.

We used them for a very big remodel that included adding a new bathroom and bedroom. We chose them because they were by far the most professional company as it relates to the bidding process, and their bid was highly competitive to others. The estimator Greg was a pleasure to deal with the whole process and was always open to changes or challenges to line items on the bid.

The work team was very friendly especially Rob, Juan and Derek. They kept us up to date with their schedule and cleaned up everyday which was nice because we were still living in the house. At no time did I feel like anything encountered was out of their control and they didn’t nickel and dime us with unknown issues.

At the end of this, they let sent in a professional cleaner to make sure they left no trace, and let us know that they stand behind their work and would fix any issues if they come up l

I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again to do any work on our home no matter how big or small. I know they will take care of us.

Rob at Project Construction LLC has done a lot of high quality work for our real estate investment company here in Scottsdale. Before we met rob we had a few contractor nightmares but am happy to say that those are over and would highly recommend him for your job.

Renovation and Design Concepts transformed my dated and unattractive kitchen into a beautiful, contemporary and functional heart-of-the-home. The RDC Gals worked with me at every strategic point. They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out! We had a entire bathroom remodeled, part of our kitchen updated, and had tile installed in majority of our home. I can’t say enough good things about Phoenix Home Remodeling, they communicated well, met all deadlines, and worked around our schedule.

Great place great people highly recommended

Pricing isn't accurate. Was quoted an initial estimate in my home with the salesman seeing the space. Waited four days to receive a written estimate, only after calling office several times to request it did I receive it. The initial estimate then doubled. Asked the salesman why and was told the angles in my layout aren't standard and are an additional charge. Reached out to the owner and instead of him getting back to me he forwarded my concerns back to the salesman that had already misled me. Never heard from the owner or office staff. Would absolutely recommend you look elsewhere. Not a reliable company from the start could only imagine how frustrating it could have gotten had I decided to do any further business with them.

Had them build a simple pergola in the back yard. They did awesome! Took about 3 days to complete including paint

Dale and his crew did an amazing job with our project which included building out our fireplace and creating our wine closet. We will be using this team for our future projects.

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.
