If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

Alex and his team are professional, efficient and clean as you go. Alex is a great communicator and is timely with his projects. He completes your project within the timeline agreed upon and within budget which I appreciate. I have recommended him to others and they have also been happy with his work. I have used him on several projects and have other projects booked in the near future for various trades, drywall, granite install, tile work, flooring, plumbing and painting. A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

My wife and I finally decided to take the leap and remodel our kitchen, master bath, guest bath and a few other smaller projects like our railing, front door ect…. We vetted several companies before getting referred to Signature Kitchen and Bath. We were referred to them by a friend who had used them on three previous jobs. It was reassuring to have a personal reference whom we knew and had used them repeatedly.

I would strongly recommend Signature Kitchen and Bath and will be using them for future projects. It was great to finally find a company that could manage all the various projects we wanted done simultaneously while not inconveniencing our family. Having a dedicated project manager who was willing to accommodate our schedule with three young kids was great. Ben was very knowledgeable, personable, dependable, responsive, and reliable throughout the entire process.

The best thing about working with Signature Kitchen and Bath was the transparency. A project of this size was a considerable investment and could have been much more stressful than it already was if we didn’t have the open communication and transparency Ben showed. We were able to get everything we wanted done on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to our daily activities. It was a relief to have someone managing our project who could put our minds at ease by recognizing, empathizing, and resolving any unexpected issues and/or concerns that arose.

The most impressive part of the process was the management of all the different companies and tradesmen who came through our home to get this project completed. Everyone was polite, professional, considerate and courteous. It was nice to have so many crews who would clean up after themselves at the end of every day and respect the fact that we were still living here throughout the whole project.

A month after our project has completed, we have no regrets about working with Ben and Signature Kitchen and Bath. I would hire them again without a second thought and recommend them to friends and family.

This company refuses to refund it’s customers unless they sign a contract saying they won’t put up any negative reviews. So I am putting this up for a friend who cannot. They were charged ($3000!) for a product that was not even used in their house. If you look also the majority of the 5 star reviews are obviously fake (all starting with the name of the company) and the lower star reviews detail similar problems as the one my friend experienced. Stay away from this company.

Jaeden and crew did a full kitchen remodel for us. They were quick professional and did quality work. It’s been over a year now and everything is holding up well. Nice to find a contractor that doesn’t cut corners.

Really grateful for the Reverse Osmosis System Tory installed in my condo today. For years accessing water has been such a hassle— from carrying water up flights of stairs, to the cost of water delivery and replacing disposable water filters every month. I recently purchased my first home and hired On Demand Construction to do a total remodel. These guys had all of the answers and did a fabulous job!! I recommend this company for anyone wanting great work and a fair price.

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
