We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Megan is amazing at what she does. I never thought about investing in interior design services before, even though I have no idea what I’m doing. But when we had a nightmare insurance claim remodel at our home in Phoenix, I reached out to Megan and she made so many stressful decisions easy for us. We also have an open floor plan which makes design overwhelming. But now after using Megan for all our spaces, our home is more beautiful than I’d ever imagine and functional in new ways for us and our family. I also had no idea what “style” I was , and Megan worked with us to uncover a style we love. I’m so grateful we made the investment with Megan. She goes above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything and often did site visits to guide us with implementing her design.

Signature Kitchen & Bath just finished a complete kitchen remodel for me and I absolutely love my new kitchen! Brady (Project Manager) was excellent at keeping me updated about the everything with the whole remodel. Right before demo day I decided I wanted to tile the entire house instead of just the kitchen, Brady came out to measure and let me know that they would be able to add that to the remodel. All the people that were in my house during the remodel were polite, professional and always took the time to explain any specific things I needed to be aware of the next day. Thanks again Signature Kitchen and Bath, I will definitely be contacting you if I decide to redo my bathrooms!!

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.

Driver out here endangering our lives with their huge trucks. What a-holes!

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
