The estimator was professional and thorough in describing the work necessary to complete the job. 50% of the job price was collected at signing of contract. Product came in on time. Crews scheduled time that worked for us. Advised project could take a full day and part of a second. Crews arrived on day of installed at time we agreed on. They were respectful of our furnishings and property. Throughout the project they asked us to provide input on aspects that were variable and it was nice to be included. Project was completed by 3 pm on the 1st day and looked very professional and just as we imagined it would. The crews were positive, upbeat and pleasant to have around. I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.
