Dreamstyle installation coworkers named Josue and Jose are amazing at professionalism, quality, fast-pace, and a hight standard of work ethic. Excellent installation! And then the closers come in named Max and Skyler to finish an easy touch-up. I appreciate their customer service skills and abilities to complete this project; going above and beyond! Sarah is very timely in scheduling, coordinating, and fixing any surprises.My husband and I love this shower! It's very easy to clean, the bench is such a nice feature, the valve awitch is in a convenient and better location, the dual shower head is the correct dual height for both of us, and the shower doors slide vety quietly and easily. The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.
Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.
My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.
