Best Landscape Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

I experienced Pros & Cons:
Pros: Sales guy was nice, worked with me on different options and so did Melanie in the office. She was super responsive and flexible, so the front end of the job went well. And the execution was done with professionalism and quality workmanship. We are pleased with final product.
Cons: The scheduling was frustrating and the online portal was not always up to date. What was quoted as a 1-2 day job took 1.5 weeks. We did not always receive accurate or timely updates on when the next guy was coming (plumbing, electric, counter, drywall, etc). When I voiced my concerns to Jeff the schedule guy stating that he wasn't managing my expectations well, he shared that it wasn't his job to manage my expectations. That was disappointing. I escalated to the service manager who did not get back to me during the process, however after the job was complete I got a call from the owner who listened to my concerns and apologized for not setting/managing my expectations.
Bottom line: At times a frustrating experience, but quality end result.

They did an amazing kitchen for me I highly recommend them and Next they’re doing my bathrooms.

Shannon at Bespoke Builders is awesome. He’s work is high in quality and efficiency. Shannon responded quickly to a request for an estimate and was to meet me at the project site and provide me with an accurate quote quickly. Shannon was professional and was able to complete his work around our busy clinic schedule. The quality of his work is high and I am well pleased with the final product! Amazing builder and gc top quality product highly reccomend

Just got finish. Way ahead of schedule to our surprise. Our Kitchen reface job and beautiful new granite counter tops, just breath taking.
Republic West representative suggested that we did not need new cabinets, and ended up refacing. He suggested that the boxes were in great shape and why spend the extra money. Hew was right.
With refacing they look brand new. We couldn't be happier with Republic West Home start to finish experience.
Highly recommend this company.
