The installers, Saul and Jonathan, did a very good job, to our satisfaction. They were pleasant and easy to work with. If we have the need for additional windows or doors, I hope they are the installers again. The price of the project was reasonable and the financing provided was exactly what I was looking for. The warranty was also very good although I hope you never have to make a warranty claim.

I have worked with Atelier 507 on several projects. I have had nothing but positive experience with them. The team has worked very fast and completed everything within a very short time frame which was very vital for me. They were there every step of the way always answering any questions I had. They really understood what I wanted and brought European flair to my design. The attention to detail was absolutely top-notch! The Hochuli Design & Remodeling Team not only restored our home after a flood, but redesigned our kitchen to be very efficient and beautiful. They somehow managed to make it look much larger in the same space. Lorrie presented great ideas from which to choose and was great to work with when selecting the newest updated materials. Scott made sure that the project stayed right on schedule until completion, which was 5 days earlier than promised. John, the PM, did an outstanding job and we are very pleased with the results. They are very easy to reach and respond quickly for any additional needs now that the work is finished.

Shannon responded quickly to a request for an estimate and was to meet me at the project site and provide me with an accurate quote quickly. Shannon was professional and was able to complete his work around our busy clinic schedule. The quality of his work is high and I am well pleased with the final product! Ordered all new windows and slider in November 2020. We had to call constantly after 60 days to find out the status of our windows. In early February they were finally installed, but all four windows had scratches, dings and nicks on the frames and weren’t sealed properly. The contractor got angry with me because I asked them to correct it. The owner came out and made us promises, and never followed through. They ordered, through our warranty, for new windows in February 2021. We have not heard a word from them since. Now no one will return our phone calls emails or texts. And they expect us to pay for a faulty product. Terrible
