The company was very responsive in terms of wanting to engage on my project and sent someone out within about 2 weeks to scope the work. The scoping went fine, their price was reasonable and so scheduled the repair. Once they came to do the repair, it proceeded without a hitch and they basically finished it in one day and it looks great!
