After contacting several contractors, decided to go with Neoteric Builders LLC. Paul was the most responsive and continued to be so during my bathroom renovation. Meticulous work and offered suggestions that I hadn’t of (ceiling, nicer tub). My bathroom looks fantastic. Definitely recommend them!

We are so happy with our new laundry room! From initial consultation through final details, our experience with the Premier team was fantastic! Stephanie listened to our needs and incorporated our feedback into the design. Kent communicated clearly and frequently throughout the installation. We hired Brian for two different projects. He completed a cabinet installation botched by the cabinet company. The cabinet company left our kitchen island unfinished. Brian did a beautiful and very professional job. He matched colors and materials in kitchen island and the result was better than expected. The second project was to remove/replace our water heater. The install and removal were great. One year later we discovered a defect with the water heater that created a gas leak. We called Brian and he came out the next day with a replacement part and fixed the problem under the manufacturer’s warranty for the part ands his personal warranty for the labor. Both projects were done to our satisfaction. Brian is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

Ryan, Eric, Randy and Rob remodeled our kitchen and did an AMAZING job! They aren’t only fantastic at what they do for a living, they’re even better people! If anyone in the valley is looking to do any project around their home, I’d 100% use Desert Presitge Builders every time!

The Apollo team built a beautiful enclosed bar in our game room. This project required demo of an existing smaller bar wall and a large closet to create the new space. From the beginning of the project to the end, Tyler and his team took great care to keep the project area clean and contained. The subcontractors used were professional and of the highest quality. The supervisor of this project communicated with us proactively and also responded to any questions we had along the way in a very timely manner. Most importantly, the end product is beautiful and we are very happy with our new bar.

Johan is simply the best! He is a pleasure to work with, honest, extremely hard working, very skilled, prompt and very concerned about his customers needs. We took out our bathtub and shower and put in a new shower and vanity area. We also replaced all of our countertops with quartz. My wife has gone into our bathroom just to look about 10 times daily and comes out with a huge smile each time. Cannot recommend Johan high enough in our minds!

Pleasure to work with and very proficient with the remodeling project. Work rate, efficiency, finished product and most importantly, communication is where Carmel knocked it out of the park. Materials for the job were delivered when promised - another kudos there.

I needed to remodel my kitchen completely, (Mike) my project manager was awesome he answered all my question . Got to work on my proposal and my design asap .Needed my project to start on the first week of october , and as of right now everything has been done in a professional matter

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
