Best Floors Work in Phoenix AZ

We live in a historic home (1926) and needed to have the bathroom completely remodeled. We hired Homework Remodels to take everything out (tile floor, walls, ceiling, tub, toilet, vanity, etc) and install a new bathroom. They were very professional and were great to work with. We explained the items that we wanted, and they provided information on those items as well as other options, which we greatly appreciated. They communicated very well throughout the project, and we were extremely happy with the end result. Working on historic homes can be difficult and unpredictable, but their expertise made it look easy. This bathroom is the only bathroom in our house, and they managed to keep it functional throughout the entire construction phase, which is an incredibile feat. Our new bathroom is beautiful and is better than what we expected - great quality of work! We finally have a bathroom that we are proud of. We will definitely hire them again for future projects. I highly recommend them.

They installed a bathtub for us in a bathroom that had only a walk-in shower.  The estimate for time and cost were both completely accurate.  They provided good guidance as we chose the tiles and the tub we wanted, and their work was professional and efficient.  We're really pleased with the results!.

Before deadline. Under budget. No shortcuts

I am honestly so impressed with this company. everyone has been amazing. they sent a salesman to my house and he didnt try to upsell me. I told him that I was interested in the $29 sf deal and he wrote me out a quote that same day. he was great. next came the man who did the measurements and again amazing. he even explained the whole process of how they measure and the equipment he was using and it really is interesting and impressive. then came install day. those guys worked so hard getting everything perfect in my imperfect kitchen. you cannot see the seam, the granite is beautiful, everything is perfect and I couldn't be happier. it is a little difficult to get someone on the phone but so worth it. they were also on time with each scheduled appointment. i noticed the truck mentioned they do flooring which is next on my to do list and I will definitely be calling them.

ABA remodeled my home - kitchen, baths, new flooring, raised kitchen ceiling, rerouted HVAC, new windows and doors plus more. It has been transformed into a tranquil and beautiful space! Joe's attention to detail such as tile baseboards in the bathroom, granite window sill in the kitchen, and tiling the complete area before installing cabinets and closet doors are some of the small details that make this home stand out. Several people have commented that my home feels very open and peaceful and it's only 1200 square feet! I can't decide which is my favorite - my zero threshold shower or the large wall of windows in the living room. Joe kept me informed of next steps and when the unexpected happened, his crew was ready with a solution. The demo/tile crew impressed me so much! From my very first contact with Kenny, the owner I have been extremely impressed. He sticks to his timelines, he worked with the timeline limitations that I had, and he is very responsive.

I have already recommended him to a few friends of mine, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. I will definitely be using him in the future with any additional renovations. He is a true professional, and a trustworthy individual.

I can definitely say that the people that work with him do an outstanding job. They have an excellent attention to detail and the difference with how my home looks shows.

We recently hired KLB HomeCrafters for our bathroom remodel and installing new flooring. My husband and I have heard such horror stories of difficult contractors and remodeling drama from various people. Choosing KLB Homecrafters was the best decision we made! We were so impressed with Kelly and Kristen's professionalism, experience, integrity, and overall business savvy. High praise to them! They were so easy to work with, their workers,etc. were excellent! The overall experience was nothing but professional ! Thank you KLB HomeCrafters!!! You're the best!

Ryan, Eric, Randy and Rob remodeled our kitchen and did an AMAZING job! They aren’t only fantastic at what they do for a living, they’re even better people! If anyone in the valley is looking to do any project around their home, I’d 100% use Desert Presitge Builders every time!

I was referred through some family members that have used them in the past and that are also happy with the results. I'm pleased with how knowledgeable they were and how friendly the staff were. I highly recommend them and will be using them for future remodeling projects.

Installers did not seal the granite after installing as the owners promised. Also, as a result of cutting the cabinet away for the new farmhouse sink, they left half-inch gaps on both sides of the sink. They did not advise us that gaps would be there based on the design of the existing cabinetry. If they would have suggested this before installing, we would have gotten a different sink. Now it is too late because the granite was cut to accommodate the sink we got. We called the owners to report this, Raul said it WASN’T THEIR FAULT, it’s just the way our cabinets were originally built. I said this was not acceptable and asked if he would allow this in his own house. He told me it will be too expensive to send any workers out to resolve the issue, as it would come out of his own pocket. He recommended I just fill in the gaps with some trim. (Ok, but aren’t I talking to the person I just paid $2300 to resolve issues like this?!). There were several other miscommunications throughout this project, but this review is already long enough. Bottom line: first and LAST time ever using “L&M Granite” or “Home Boost Remodels” (company goes by multiple names). They may be cheaper than other guys, but they are not licensed or bonded and UNPROFESSIONAL. If you have any issues with their work you will have zero recourse.

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.
