Best Electric Heat in Phoenix AZ

A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. Having a 100+ year old home in Phoenix, we're always looking for true craftsmen that will respect the style and idiosyncrasies of older houses and not just do the quick and easy fix. Thanks, Rod!

This is actually a tough review for me as I think the people (installers) at Dreamstyle were good dudes and overall I guess I'm satified with Dreamstyle for what it cost. But I am in the unique position of having both Anderson Windows and Dreamstyle work on my home. If I'm going to be honest, if you have the money ,go with Anderson Windows. The is nothing horribly wrong with Dreamstyle and Pella windows, but the process, quality, and follow through experience was night and day different with Anderson windows. I had the majority of my home (more than 5 windows and Sliding doors done with Anderson which was VERY expensive. So for the last three small windows I was looking to hopefully save some money and Dreamstyle was at least half the price for the last than Anderson quote. So even though I got the savings, I feel quality , workmanship , and communication, payment options are more organized and better with Anderson Windows. They all have disclaimers about cosmetic damage to the home and stucco, but for some reason for these last windows with Dreamstyle there was a LOT more damage/repair needed than with ALL the installs of Anderson windows. (I have included some photos to show some of the mess left and also the minor inside putty and paint work I will need to do now that the window have been installed as an example.) Again I'm sure these windows will be fine and hopefully last as long as warranty claims, and for cost savings I'll live with it. But I really feel this is one of those cases where you sorta get what you pay for. Im just trying to be honest.

I went in to ask about a remodel project. It would involve removing a closet between two bedrooms, closing in a door and adding a walk in closet. I was told they would not even talk to me because this sounds like permits are needed. No one would even look at our rough plans. I felt like I was escorted out. I would have appreciated some type of actual review.

The Apollo team built a beautiful enclosed bar in our game room. This project required demo of an existing smaller bar wall and a large closet to create the new space. From the beginning of the project to the end, Tyler and his team took great care to keep the project area clean and contained. The subcontractors used were professional and of the highest quality. The supervisor of this project communicated with us proactively and also responded to any questions we had along the way in a very timely manner. Most importantly, the end product is beautiful and we are very happy with our new bar.

Shannon responded quickly to a request for an estimate and was to meet me at the project site and provide me with an accurate quote quickly. Shannon was professional and was able to complete his work around our busy clinic schedule. The quality of his work is high and I am well pleased with the final product! I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.

I use this Company for my two rental properties and my personal residence for all handyman needs. The most important quality of this business is they are reliable, show up when they say, get the job done right. This seems to be harder and harder to find now but Crew of Two is just that!
