My wife and I would like to express our appreciation to John and his crew at Allure Bathroom Remodeling for the work done on our master bathroom. The remodeling included the conversion of a bathtub to the shower, installation of a new toilet, medicine cabinet,vanity top and faucet‘s. The demolition was done professionally with an absolute minimum of disruption and mess. The guys are really neat. Michael and Sean were professional and added many personal touches to the work being done. The project came in on budget and was done within the time promised. We give Allure and their staff five stars for a job well done. We would highly recommend them to you if you’re considering a bathroom remodel. Remodel of 2 bathrooms. The look and function work really well. Adrian was great and explained everything in detail. A few outstanding issues and some materials were not up to par but the company was ready to make it right. All in all, a good experience.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.
