We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. I was disappointed in working with Republic West Remodel. The designer did not pay attention to what I was saying and seemed more focused on selling cabinets. This was for a kitchen and two bath remodel. The designer was distracted and forgot details I had mentioned so I walked away and forfeited the deposit. I know things are busy now, so maybe she had other priorities, but did not feel I could trust working with the company.

BUYER BEWARE!! This company's website states how integrity and customer satisfaction are what they've built their reputation on, yet, when it came down to my experience, money seemed to win over.
We designed a pantry through closets by design, but a month before the project was meant to be installed, I found out I had to have an expensive out of pocket surgery. I pleaded with closets by design to return my deposit, as no work had been done yet. They are refusing to help. Now, I have to cancel my project and I lose my deposit. This company does not seem to put the customer first.

Very sloppy work. The edges of the cabinets were not painted. He painted the cabinets with the doors closed so they dried stuck together. At the top of the walls, it's very messy between the wall and the ceiling. I have paint drips on the floor and paint runs on the on door trim. Pitiful work on a small bathroom. I would not recommend them.
