Best Floor Work in Phoenix AZ

This is the second project Lon has done for us. First was our master bathroom that we still LOVE today. This year, we decided to renovate the entire house! After emptying the house of all our belongings, Lon and crew took down two walls, opened op or living room, kitchen and dining room. We redesigned the kitchen and the dining room. New flooring throughout the entire house and new doors. The house has been transformed with the help of Lon's vision. We can't stop telling ourselves how much we love our new space. Lon and crew did a fantastic job and we honestly could not be happier.

Covert assisted us on two occasions with a bathroom remodel. Initially, they were hired to perform a to the studs demo of an aged bathroom. They were prompt, thorough and respectful of the adjacent rooms. I was impressed with their preparedness and teamwork.

After our great experience with initial demolition, we had them return to sheetrock and tape the previously demo'd room. They were enthusiastically creative in matching previous coved ceiling/plaster walls with drywall and taping mud. It was art, not simple construction. James was/is the best. I am a seasoned DIY'er that is pleased with the quality of their work, professionalism and pride in their product. They helped me maintain the southwest character of my home.

We used EL Construction for a bathroom remodel and it turned out amazing! This company is very knowledgeable and quoted the best price amongst other companies. We are using them for our kitchen remodel next year. Can't wait!

We have used Yourson contracting for many years and for many projects at our home and business. Things like bathroom additions, bathroom remodels, roof repairs, removing walls, tile work, and everything that goes with those projects. They have always been upfront, responsive, and honest. The crews show up on time and always have been very attentive to being clean and cleaning up after themselves. It's an amazing thing when you can count on someone to come out and give 100% quality of work. They know what they are doing. Down to earth great guys.

This was crazy. Too expensive to say the least.

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.

Driver out here endangering our lives with their huge trucks. What a-holes!
