Victor and his team were fabulous! I had my cabinets refinished and put in new countertops. The work was top notch, the price was good, and they finished the job ahead of schedule. We could not be more pleased with how they look and the customer service we received along the way. I would recommend this crew to anyone! Great job Victor!

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion. Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room , replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener. They did another phenomenal job.
I've recommended Brian to a number of my clients and colleagues who have all been pleased with his performance.

Tanner was so patient and communicative with my wife and I as we transitioned our bathroom vanity/ sink and kitchen. Dreamy Draw did a great job on my lower kitchen cabinent and counter top install. They were very professional from start to finish. There were a few things that needed attention but they quickly got me scheduled and sent someone out to address my issues. Pricing was very competitive too. Overall I’m happy with their service and would recommend them!

My shower went from functional and ok to WOW in 2 days! Installer was on time, super friendly and unlike so many contractors, cleaned up between day 1 and day 2 and left our home clean when he left. The service and product are truly superior. I highly recommend Home Concepts!!

The owner, Ryan Brunell was very helpful with suggestions of products and also listened to me carefully so I ended up with my little piece of heaven in the end. He was timely and took care to respect my space leaving my home nice and clean on departure. After he remodeled my whole condo, I would not have gone to anyone else for my bathroom remodel. Scored a 10/10 from me!!

Kent and the construction team were very professional, clean, thorough, and obviously take great pride in their work. Design-build is a great concept, especially when it's all in-house. As a first time owner doing renovations I was beyond nervous about finding a contractor to work with that I could trust to be fair with us and deliver quality work on time. After going through two projects with Capital Mark I can honestly say that working with them has been one of the best experiences I've had as a homeowner. Kyle Zimmerman (the owner) is highly responsive, honest and extremely communicative about every step of the renovation process. You will never have to worry about Kyle not getting back to you or not knowing what's going on with your project.

My husband and I worked with Kyle and his teams on a full kitchen remodel and full master bath remodel in our home. I was so impressed by the meticulous detail Kyle kept on both jobs and how well organized him and his team were. There were rarely any deadlines missed and if there were schedule changes they were very clearly communicated and the work always got completed in a timely matter.

Given the complexity of supply chain issues we were dealing with in this pandemic time Kyle could have easily padded costs and timelines but he never did and will do everything he possibly can to make sure the agreed budget doesn't change. I spoke with many contractors prior to signing with Capital Mark and Kyle by far had the most fair pricing without compromising quality of work.

Capital Mark helped us from concept to design with both our projects and their designer Nancy was great in helping make my vision for the master bath come yo life. Both contractor teams we worked with (Larry on our Kitchen and Eric for our bathroom) we're highly professional, on time and helpful in making sure we got everything we wanted in our renovations. Everyone was extremely responsive and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on or to be expected with our projects. We looked forward to having them in our home and would work with both teams again for future projects.

I think this company is out of business. I left three messages over the course of three weeks seeking an appt to get modifications done for a disability. I heard nothing and cannot believe there are any five star reviews. Maybe if they were actually in business they could get five stars. Although their voice mail says Independence Home Remodel and this is Mike they do not appear to be in business since they do not answer their phone or return voice messages. They do not deserve your money - either they don't need your work or are actually out of business.
