Best Kitchen Design Consultation in Phoenix AZ

We recently hired KLB HomeCrafters for our bathroom remodel and installing new flooring. My husband and I have heard such horror stories of difficult contractors and remodeling drama from various people. Choosing KLB Homecrafters was the best decision we made! We were so impressed with Kelly and Kristen's professionalism, experience, integrity, and overall business savvy. High praise to them! They were so easy to work with, their workers,etc. were excellent! The overall experience was nothing but professional ! Thank you KLB HomeCrafters!!! You're the best!

Five 40 was hired to complete a 500 sq. ft. addition to the house. The addition included the construction of an entirely new bathroom. They were also completely remodeling the master suite. The staff was courteous and professional during the process.
We did have a few hiccups during the process, mostly due to supplier's inability to deliver components on time. Five40 was excellent in communicating the delays and working around them to the best of their ability.

In short, I'd recommend Shannon and the gang for any remodeling needs.

We had the pleasure of working with 360 Kitchen Designs & Bath on remodeling our kitchen. They listened to all of our ideas and needs and they were extremely detailed and informative. I grew up seeing how happy Graciela made her customers in Tucson and Green Valley and now that we have a house of our own we decided immediately to work with her on a remodel of our kitchen. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone needing a remodel!

I walked up wondering if this tiny storefront would yield anything useful. After visiting a half dozen cabinet stores I came here and I'm glad I did. They have a great selection at a wide range of price points. There was so many great choices it was easy to find what I really wanted that I hadn't seen at any other chain store. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience and can't recommend this local shop highly enough.

Amazing kitchen remodel and flooring throughout, transformed the vibe of the entire house! Aimee (our designer) had great vision, personality, and detail. Kent and the construction team were very professional, clean, thorough, and obviously take great pride in their work. Design-build is a great concept, especially when it's all in-house. The whole process from start to finish takes a while, but it's well worth the wait.

I am not blowing smoke when I say this squad absolutely crushed our kitchen and flooring remodel. Kyle and his team provided top quality work with the utmost professionalism. My wife and I relocated to Gilbert, AZ from California in December 2021. We purchased a house that needed updating and promptly started looking for local contractors because we wanted to remodel prior to fully moving in. During our research, we came across Capital Mark Interiors. We were absolutely astonished by the projects showcased on the website, and we knew that we wanted to snag this team for our remodel. From California, sight unseen, we called and hired Kyle prior to even meeting him. Our phone consultation was super professional and we could tell that he was as knowledgeable and experienced as they come. He put us on the books for an opening in March. Within weeks of us hiring him, his team won a national acclamation for one of their kitchen designs. Talk about stellar timing. We entrusted our kitchen remodel with Kyle and his team, and because of the demand brewing for his services we went ahead and hired them for our bathroom remodels for an opening coming up in July. We did this before the kitchen remodel had even started. This is the vibe we got just from chatting with Kyle. We knew that we could expect high quality and that his team would deliver. These days it can be extremely difficult to find a contractor you can rely on. Kyle knows this and makes it his mission to defeat that expectation. Timing, quality, effort, professionalism all A+. Now that our kitchen and floors are done, we can officially confirm Capital Mark was the right choice. The transformation is nuts. We cannot wait to see how our bathrooms turn out this summer! I was so relieved to find out about Johan when I needed major fixing of my flooring (other company told me I was on my own when it turned out that concrete in my condo was not level to what they wanted for laying new flooring). Johan had previously done repair work of my mother’s flooring in her home as well, and we cannot say enough about how valuable he was to us! He does impeccably high quality work, is so nice to work with, is honest and ethical with his advice, and is so reasonable and fair with the cost! He was also very accommodating, and willing to come out to do the work on such short notice. So grateful for Johan and his company!

Amazing builder and gc top quality product highly reccomend

This is/was a complex purchase as we purchased the cabinets prior to the completion of a major remodel of the 48 year old kitchen. Dimensions changed and cabinets needed to change. There were some mid project communication issues, as we live 118 miles from the Phoenix store. I talk “Lou” and the store talks “Cabinets” which are not necessarily compatible. Once we got together with Mark at the store, things went great. He was able to explain everything rework the cabinets to make the package better than our original thoughts and we actually saved OK more money. We’re looking forward to a really solid insulation.

Our sales consultant Rose was awesome and super informative. The installation took about 4 months due to the backlog in shipping but it was worth the wait. The installation tech was cool and precise. We did a wall unit/mud room in our hallway and my teenage son’s closet.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
