Shannon and his company provided a build out of a 2400 square foot office condominium investment property I purchased. Having never done anything like this before, Shannon and his team were patient and helpful with every aspect of the design and buildout. we now have a tenant who loved the building and signed a 5 year lease.

Jerry replaced several stained tiles. He arrived on time and
did a super job installing the new tiles. I am please with the job.
I would not hesitate to call on him for another handyman task.
