Peoria Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling did a bathroom remodel for me and they exceeded my expectations. The designers, designed my master bathroom and I was delighted their ideas aligned with my dream bathroom.

I am not blowing smoke when I say this squad absolutely crushed our kitchen and flooring remodel. Kyle and his team provided top quality work with the utmost professionalism. My wife and I relocated to Gilbert, AZ from California in December 2021. We purchased a house that needed updating and promptly started looking for local contractors because we wanted to remodel prior to fully moving in. During our research, we came across Capital Mark Interiors. We were absolutely astonished by the projects showcased on the website, and we knew that we wanted to snag this team for our remodel. From California, sight unseen, we called and hired Kyle prior to even meeting him. Our phone consultation was super professional and we could tell that he was as knowledgeable and experienced as they come. He put us on the books for an opening in March. Within weeks of us hiring him, his team won a national acclamation for one of their kitchen designs. Talk about stellar timing. We entrusted our kitchen remodel with Kyle and his team, and because of the demand brewing for his services we went ahead and hired them for our bathroom remodels for an opening coming up in July. We did this before the kitchen remodel had even started. This is the vibe we got just from chatting with Kyle. We knew that we could expect high quality and that his team would deliver. These days it can be extremely difficult to find a contractor you can rely on. Kyle knows this and makes it his mission to defeat that expectation. Timing, quality, effort, professionalism all A+. Now that our kitchen and floors are done, we can officially confirm Capital Mark was the right choice. The transformation is nuts. We cannot wait to see how our bathrooms turn out this summer! This letter of recommendation/review dated January 30, 2023 (hereinafter the Letter of Recommendation) is submitted without reservation.

We are the homeowners that retained Apollo Builders to remediate major damage done to (i) the two-car garage; and (ii) the laundry room. The damage was extensive and required, among other things, reconstruction of the load-bearing walls supporting the garage and the laundry room (hereinafter, the Damaged Areas).

My wife and I are both seniors; unfortunately, my wife suffers from difficult health-related issues that require the intervention of various specialties found at the Mayo Clinic. I stress this point because Tyler Kestner was highly sensitive to these health issues when planning the remediation of our home.

The reconstruction of the Damaged Areas commenced on January 24, 2023, and concluded on January 30, 2023. The Apollo staff were impeccable in the performance of their job, including: (i) on-time arrivals; (ii) assemblage of the materials necessary to complete the remediation without delay or aggravation; and (iii) assuring that each of the subcontractor groups likewise followed the very high work ethic displayed by the Apollo staff.

The restoration of the Damaged Areas is now complete; the work was expertly done in accordance with applicable professional standards. For example, during the work period, Tyler examined continuously the work done by his staff and his long-term retained sub-contractors. (These tradesmen have enjoyed many years’ relationship with Tyler; they also perform their work consistent with the Apollo high work ethic.)

In sum, Apollo, Tyler, the Apollo staff, and assigned subcontractors were the consummate professionals.

We had kitchen and bath remodeling redo our master bathroom and it is beautiful!! We couldn’t be more happy with how it looks.

Shannon and his company provided a build out of a 2400 square foot office condominium investment property I purchased. Having never done anything like this before, Shannon and his team were patient and helpful with every aspect of the design and buildout. we now have a tenant who loved the building and signed a 5 year lease.

It says a lot about a company when they follow through with everything they said they would do. It might seem like a givin but working with so many builders over the years you learn its not. And when you work with people like Ellen you learn to appreciate it. Hope to work with her again on the next one.

The scope of the project was to remove a Jacuzzi tub and shower, then install a walk in shower. The duration of the job was to be 4 weeks. From the get go the attention to detail was excellent. Extra care was taken to protect the rest of the house from dust and debris. Each of the workers involved in the job were respectful, attentive to our needs, and very nice people. The tile work on the floors and in the shower was performed by an artisan. Throughout the entire process my input was requested which I appreciated so much. We are so thrilled with the outcome and will consider using this company for some future kitchen work. The project finished on budget and ahead of schedule. What more could I ask.

I had an amazing experience shopping at ProSource. After a week of shopping around different stores, my contractor sent me here. I worked with Tom and 30 minutes later I picked everything: tile and hardwood. It was awesome! I was able to negotiate on the price a little and everyone was happy. I’ll return to ProSource for more material when I have other projects around the house

This team has done a lot of work on our home in Sun City. They have fully renovated our interior, which is AMAZING!! And just this last month have completed new windows throughout the home, a garage make over and some retaining wall work in the backyard!! I would highly recommend Yourson Contracting to any one!! Jaeden and crew did a full kitchen remodel for us. They were quick professional and did quality work. It’s been over a year now and everything is holding up well. Nice to find a contractor that doesn’t cut corners.

Stole my $25,000 and walked off the job. He told me the job would cost me $12,000 then I paid him $25,000 and he demanded another $16,000.00 He is a scam. Stay away from him.

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
