We discovered a water leak in our master bathroom and were told the entire shower needed to be replaced. After searching for a few months for someone that could do the repairs, we had Rebath stop by and give us a quote. Carolina was thorough, on time, responsive and truly took the time to help us pick what we wanted and get us the financing needed to.pay for the project, which was painless! Though the price was higher than we wanted to pay, just because the expense wasn't expected, but we knew the product that was being offer was above and beyond its competition. After signing all the paperwork, we were given a 6-8 weeks time frame on when the project would start, but Rebath notified us quickly thereafter that the project was going to start ahead of schedule. Before the work began, Rebath notified us the project team (with pictures of the team!) and completion ETA. Cody showed up on time everyday, kept us informed on the progress (pictures again!), was polite (covered our floors to minimize tracking dirt dust and debris, and thoughtful about our two nerve wrecked pups), and finished the project on time. We are INCREDIBLY happy with the final product (better than we could ever hope for!) and we are extremely thankful for the painless and perfect process Rebath did to get our bath fixed the right way, by a reputable company.
