Best Tenant Remodeling Services in Phoenix AZ

I went in to ask about a remodel project. It would involve removing a closet between two bedrooms, closing in a door and adding a walk in closet. I was told they would not even talk to me because this sounds like permits are needed. No one would even look at our rough plans. I felt like I was escorted out. I would have appreciated some type of actual review.

I can't say enough positive things about Scottsdale Luxury Remodels. My husband is a construction attorney and after interviewing 5 other companies, this was the only company he agreed to use for our remodel. Jerzey and his team were professional, fair , and completed the job on time. The entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. DRC construction has been phenomenal. All of the workers have been professional, kind, and taken the extra steps in ensuring that our home was not too chaotic. Such gestures as sweeping the construction site and having a manager overseeing projects on a daily basis. At times we faced some weather issues that caused delays, but the team was always ready to keep working and they found strategic ways to get passed the issues that arose as is common when renovating a home. Dale has been thorough, direct, honest, professional, kind, and just went above and beyond. Everyone including his assistant Wayne are amazing to work with and really put us at ease. Dale has definitely reflected a culture of integrity in his company. As for the final project, we are in love. It is exactly what we wanted and more. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with on this project. Our family would recommend him and his company to anyone and we look forward to working with again on other projects.

Remodeling ain’t fun, but 540 makes the process a lot easier from start to finish. Shannon’s experience helped us improve on our original ideas. His crew is great. They are very good at what they do and pleasant to work with. We expected the job to take 3-4 weeks. Thanks to the crew’s efficiency and a solid plan it was completed in 2 1/2 weeks. Don and I wish we could give them more than 5 stars.

It says a lot about a company when they follow through with everything they said they would do. It might seem like a givin but working with so many builders over the years you learn its not. And when you work with people like Ellen you learn to appreciate it. Hope to work with her again on the next one.

Stole my $25,000 and walked off the job. He told me the job would cost me $12,000 then I paid him $25,000 and he demanded another $16,000.00 He is a scam. Stay away from him.

We have used Crowley Construction on 3 occasions. Each experience has exceeded our expectations.

They painted the interior of our rental as well as our home and did an amazing job. They also added a new room in our master (electrical, drywall, flooring, rerouting outlets, adding lighting, etc...)

Alex and his crew were always professional and completed their work on time. They protected everything in the house that they worked around and most importantly did amazing work.

I recommend Crowley to anyone who needs a project completed quickly for a very fair price. Project can be big or small.
