He leveled my manufactured home, did tie-downs, repaired the roof that was damaged, and Tim answered all the questions I had on the FHA engineering report. He upgraded where he could. Whenever I need work in the future, I will definitely use his services.

Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...
