The installers were great communicators. They let us know when they would be here and did a great job. The manufacturer sent the wrong vanity they installed that so we would have the sink until new vanity arrived. Bathroom is done now and we are very pleased. This company goes out of it's way to please the customer. The installers are employed and trained by Rebath.

TWD installed an entertainment center in our great room and as always we were pleased beyond expectations. They were prompt, clean, professional, Morgan and his team provided a quality product with excellent craftsmanship. We already have them scheduled for another project and will be using them for our kitchen remodel in the future.

I did not feel like I was a priority since my kitchen was small. It was my fear about going to a cabinet store. After the kitchen was measured and a quote was submitted I was ready to pay after a small change. My kitchen had been stripped down when measured so they knew I needed to get work done asap. Communication was done by email. I responded quickly but cabinets by design were slow in responding. I felt like they only wanted to work with the wealthy not a middle class person.
