Absolutely great experience with this company. First of all, the job was done in two days which was fantastic. The whole dream team from the sales person who was very helpful telling us about pricing,quality of materials & what the finished product could look like. The project manager came to make sure all measurements were correct & make sure everything was the way we wanted it. He was also very professional & helpful.Then came the installers,Sean & Beth, who were very professional,these two have a fantastic work ethic. They were on time,started the job right away,kept letting us know what they were doing & made sure it was everything we had asked for. Can’t say enough about these two,they did a superior job & you can see that they take pride in their work. Dreamstyle won the lottery when they hired this couple. Also,the remodel of our shower began from the salesman to the manager to the installers only took a month from beginning to end.That exceeded our expections. Definitely would use this company again.

My wife and I purchased our Home, a Midcentury Modern built in 1955 by Ralph Haver in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix. The Home had original ungrounded wiring with exposed wire splicing. There were also two rooms that were added by a previous owner without permits.

Ultimately, we wanted to fully restore our Home to its original character, while at the same time, installing all of the safety, amenities and conveniences found in homes of new construction today.

We interviewed a handful of contactors for this task, Steve Shinn from Homework Remodels being one of them. Steve immediately stood out from the group. We found him easy to talk to, prompt and extremely knowledgeable with the historic characteristics of our Haver Home.

With Steve’s help, we nearly rebuilt most of the major components of our Home. When it was said and done, we upgraded the entire wiring and electric panel, installed new HVAC main unit and ducting lines, replaced all of the plumbing lines (both supply and drain lines including the sewer), installed LED recessed lighting throughout the Home, constructed a stem wall, a trench drain and added mini split HVAC units which the City required for issuing permits for the two unpermitted rooms, installed a 16” slider to the backyard, utilized steel beams to remove loan bearing walls in order to open up the kitchen and the living rooms, installed a tankless water heater system, applied sprayed insulation in the small attic, and performed various other upgrades.

We are very happy with Steve’s work. We found Steve’s work to be of high quality and found Steve’s expertise and creativity in helping rebuild our Haver Home to be invaluable.

We plan on hiring Steve in the near future to complete Phase 2 of our Home, which will include all of the finishes.

After meeting with several other companies, we hired ABA Home Remodeling for our kitchen remodel. The work they did exceeded our expectations! Not only was the price very reasonable, but the job was done promptly and professionally! Rob has extensive product knowledge and experience, which was so helpful throughout the design stage. He really listened and took the time to explain all possible options. Rob shared tips and suggestions for selecting products that were invaluable and efficiently managed the project from beginning to end. He kept us informed and was very responsive! ABA uses the highest quality materials and have a team of trustworthy, courteous and hard working craftsman. We will absolutely use them again for our next home remodel project! It’s been over a year and have not been able to resolve our issues with the poor workmanship on the tile that they replaced. Trying to get a credit so i can have someone do it and now not returning emails. Will call them next.

They refunded the monies from the work done on the tile. Just disappointed that I have to find someone to remove the tile they installed and get someone else to replace. The other work they did was excellent. Again, they need a professional tile installer.
