Our experience was not good. Our installer constantly complained about his employer. He lost parts of our baseboard. Left out set screws. Put a tp dispenser in a position that doesn’t allow us to open our drawer. It really wasn’t a good experience and we don’t ever want them in our house again.oh yeah, he constantly hinted for a big tip when he finished.

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. Process was a lot easier than removing and reinstalling sink and fixtures. Work was performed to my satisfaction. I would recommend.
