Excellent construction remodel company. They got the job done very efficiently. The tile work they did is beautiful! The crew always cleaned up the job site after each days work. I was very impressed with the results. We remodeled two bathrooms and it went smoothly. Love XLT construction! I would definitely hire them again.

Working with Luxury Remodels was one of the best decisions I made last year. I had Jeremy out to do work on my house in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic. I selected him after an exhausting review of handyman/contractors (as I had already been taken to the cleaners by my HOA & insurance recommended contractor). Jeremy was a breath of fresh air and even more knowledgeable & HONEST than the writeups depicted. His rates were fair, he listened when discussing issues, he knew his stuff, had a great team (himself, Oscar, & Dustin) and did an outstanding job! [Myriad of work performed: Installed - exhaust fan, wall drop table, handicap bar outside shower; repaired good-sized window frame leak; restored deck ceiling and cracks due to excessive downstairs jackhammering after flooding (no one else even wanted to come out & look at the deck. Jeremys team came out and acted like no big deal (with no huge price tag – they were wonderful)! Cemented light crumbling of stair edges; & patched up rusting around tub overflow valve]. I found Jeremy to be in high demand, but definitely worth the wait. Thank you, stellar job Jeremy and team. You Rock!

Amazing builder and gc top quality product highly reccomend

First off, I don't write reviews but this company deserves to be recognized for excellent quality!

I used them to install 64 sq ft of granite and a new kitchen sink. There was a new large island being installed with an existing Formica countertop in the other areas needing replacement.

Throughout the entire process of the estimate with Todd, the template with Mannie, and the actual installation of the granite and sink they were top notch!!

Todd gave me a tour of their factory showing me the slabs, and each step in the fabrication. He and Rachel, front office, answered all my questions.

Each person during the process came when they were scheduled, did what they promised, completed the work in a timely manner, and was very respectful protecting my new floors, cleaning up after themselves, etc.

All of them stressed that customer satisfaction was important.
They did not rush and patiently answered my questions.

I have had 9 contractors in my home recently as I am doing upgrades. They rank right up there with high quality customer service.
I am telling everyone I know if they want granite or quartz to contact Diamond Granite. I would absolutely use their services again!!

If I could give them more stars, I would!

From builder grade to Beautiful!

When we purchased our winter condo last year here in Tempe we wanted to update both of our bathrooms. We contacted Hochuli design company and got the ball rolling. We met with Scott & Lorrie only a week before we were to return to our summer home in Chicago. We were immediately impressed with their design showroom and them. With in a week they came out to our condo to walk through and understand our wants and ideas. After that we were under contract to have both bathrooms completely updated while we were back home in Illinois.

We had constant communication with our designer Amanda and contractor Martin. We felt a high level of trust allowing them to work in our condo while we were back home in Chicago.
They worked seamlessly with our building management and provided us with daily updates on the progress through the computer program Buildertrend. In fact having the daily updates with photos was like living through the construction without any of the dust! The preparation to prepare our condo for demo and construction was unbelievable! Plastic walls, heavy duty flooring protection etc. Their timeline for the project was accurate and they worked within our budget. We are more than happy with the results and would easily recommend Hochuli design & remodeling team to anyone who wants to take their project from builder grade to beautiful.

I am totally impressed with this unique concept, combining successful real estate listing with lovely offerings for remodel and design elements on the boutique side! Sandra and Dana are consumate pros, and I highly recommend these talented capable women, and Orange Sky Design Lab for all of your real estate needs!

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
