Shane is hands down amazing. After submitting an online inquiry he called within a few hours and came to quote the work I wanted to have done within a week of our initial conversation. He was prompt with his quote and was able to squeeze in one of the smaller jobs (tile backsplash) I wanted to do even quicker than I thought he would be able to. He arrived on time and finished the job and it truly looks amazing. This is the best contractor interaction and remodeling work I’ve seen and been a part of. And I work in the design profession so that says quite a bit. Would recommend Orange Cactus and already have.

AZ Neighbor is a very experienced construction company that had the resources and connections to get our job done. We knew what we wanted except for some pesky details. When we wanted cabinets that matched the material and finish of existing cabinets they were able to go outside of their normal process to get them. Both the design department and the project manager / crew foreman were exceptionally easy to work with and had great ideas for those pesky problems. The results were even better than we had envisioned.
We definitely recommend them and will invite them to bid on future projects on our house.

I had a graduation with a party coming up on May 19, 2021 so on 4/26/2021 I gave a completion date of May 7, 2021 & a list of 20 items that still had to be done. Joe stopped taking my calls & he didn't meet this deadline either. In fact, him & his son completed the some of the remaining tasks on May, 18, 2021 after I left an angry call to Joe for not having my bathroom done. There are three major errors; first the shower head is too low & the tub fixtures are silver rather than bronze & Joe neglected to add the two handicap bars. There are other issues but I'm letting those go in order to get the above issues completed. Seven months from start to finish is enough of my time.

I'm a repeat client for Joe Metry, he remodel my master bathroom down to the dirt about ten years ago. He did a fantastic job back then. He took about two weeks to finish. All work was beautifully done. New request; remodeling hall bathroom & kitchen. I gave him the first installment of payment 10/16/2020. I was requesting the project to be done by Thanksgiving, it wasn't. Then I requested by Christmas, it wasn't. During this time there was no communication on his part, we were the ones making the calls & follow up. We called Joe the end of February, we wanted to cancel the job since he had yet to start. He convinced us to stay with him so he started the first of March & we are still not done. We cancel the kitchen remodel & we just want him to finish our hall bathroom. He doesn't have employees, he uses contract workers so save yourself lots of money & contract the work out yourself or find a different remodeling company. I'm filing a claim with the AZ Registrar of Contactors in order to get the project done.

We had Troy and Natalie come into our home to do an estimate for a bathtub removal and walk-in shower installation. We had Rhino do a remodel of our bonus room. The owner was responsive and always kept me in the loop about when they would be on-site. I always felt informed and they showed up when they said they would. The price was reasonable and the finished project looks fantastic. We will definitely use them for future projects.

**UPDATE: We had Rhino come back and do a close-in of a room to turn it into an office. As before, the work was beautiful and quality. They came when they said they would and finished in a timely manner. Always a pleasure to work with them!

XLT Construction is a great local company to get your Bathroom or Kitchen remodeled with. They have access to several granite and tile options for every budget and they were much less than the other quotes I received. The quality of their work is excellent.

Premier Kitchen and Bath completed multiple projects in our home including installing cabinetry in the kitchen, library shelves and desk unit in the home office, and designing and installing a one-of-kind vinyl record storage cabinet in the media room. We recently moved to a brand new house and didn't like the options the builder was offering for the laundry room. We worked with Luxury Remodels to design and install the custom laundry room we really wanted. The design team (Becky & Roxie) and project manager (Sean) were highly skilled and very professional. The project was completed on time and at the price we were expecting. I highly recommend Luxury Remodels for any of your projects!

We have used Ruidoso for tile installation, interior painting and exterior painting. Their attention to detail and quality of work is unparalleled in my opinion. The tile work include over 1500 sq feet, with two areas using a herringbone pattern and several other areas being 'directional'. They included borders of both solid color and diamond patterned borders to great effect.

Our paint work included white trim and off white walls with a dark accent color on select walls. The result is we feel like we are getting a brand new home.

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

If you want work done on your home and money is no object then this is the place for you. I cannot speak to the quality of the work that they do because it never got that far. I placed a $5000 deposit so they could get started on the design work. I understand that this is a lot of work and they need some sort of certainty that they can recoup some of their expenses. What they came back with was an astronomical bid. I won't get into the whole issue of pricing but here is an example. They had a line item in for repainting the house (all walls, baseboards, doors and ceilings). The amount that they came up with was $7000. Note that this is a 2600 square foot house. After seeing this red flag I met at the house that weekend with 2 painters to get bids for the same work. They came back with bids of $1700 and $2500.

In an effort to get some value for the $5000 that I had already committed I told them that I would still hire them to install the folding wall system in the house. They returned with a bid of $34,956. I have also reached out for competing bids. I have only received one back but it came in at $19,554.25.

I will be looking elsewhere or I will do the work myself. Do yourself a favor and don't even get started here. I cannot believe that if feels good to be walking away from $5000.

I like to shop out getting things done before picking a company. Diamond Granite & Remodeling was my third quote that I received. Not only were they willing to do the entire job without me needing to outsource plumbing, electrical, cutting down a wall... their pricing was fair, they were able to give me a quote on the spot. And at the end of the project, there were no hidden or extra fee's. It truly was amazing working with them. Rachel was also fabulous with communicating through text and making sure everything through the process was taken care of. Daniel responded after hours when I would finally remember to ask questions, he was always willing and ready to answer and help. I highly recommend this company.
