They did all my floors, 2 bathrooms and my kitchen in 5 weeks (one of which I was away on vacation) without going a dollar over the original budget. Ben’s project management skills take all the work off of me. All I had to do was pick things out and he did the rest. Mark did a fantastic job with every detail. His workmanship is exceptional as is the work of their tile team. I couldn’t be happier with the results, the price and the most of all the overall customer experience. We all know how hard it is to find trustworthy contractors in this area because there’s so much demand. I’m glad I found PHR and I will be gladly refer them to anyone that asks. Thanks guys…

Recently, we had our master bathroom torn down to the studs and totally remodeled by Homework Remodels. We met initially with the owner of the company Steve Shinn and his designer Sheila Lanier. We were so impressed by their presentation, that we did not bother to obtain any additional quotes.
Sheila, in addition to being quite personable, is an extremely talented designer and decorator with a great eye for color and composition. We accompanied her on many trips to select tiles, granite, bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.
The subcontractors used by Homework Remodels were all excellent in their craft. The job foremen, Aaron and Lee oversaw our project with the utmost care. During part of the renovation, we had to be out of town but we were comfortable entrusting our home to these men during our absence.
During renovations, we also decided to have the company do a partial revision of our main guest bathroom. Although our initial budget was far exceeded, we believe the final product was well worth the cost.
We can highly recommend Homework Remodels to anyone seeking quality renovations of their home.

Not only are they professional and reliable but Bobby and all his team are a pleasure to deal with. Bobby also helped with designing our projects and his advice was extremely helpful. I would recommend Offcut Interiors to anyone in need of a kitchen, bathroom, or whole home remodel. I have not personally used this company, but have worked personally with Hunter many times. Hunter gets my utmost respect as he is always professional, extremely knowledgable about all things remodeling, and sticks to his word. The way he has built his team, and his business to focus on his clients is a revolutionary way of doing things in the contractor field; and one every home remodeling company should be focusing on. I have no doubt that it would be a great experience and top quality end result when working with Hunter and Offcut Interiors.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

Republic West Remodeling recently did a renovation of the master bathroom in our home. After the death of my father, my mother came to live with us. She has some physical issues, and we needed to create a handicap accessible bathroom for her.
I felt this would be a challenging project, but the team at Republic West Remodeling were amazing. From the the initial design process, to picking out fixtures and materials, to the actual construction, the Republic West team walked us through each step and let us know what to expect. We had a detailed schedule. We knew who was coming to our home, and when. Every person who came to our home was professional and courteous. I have had nightmare experiences with other contractors in the past, but I can't say enough about my experience with Republic West Remodeling. The finished project is beautiful. The bathroom is fully ADA compliant. It is perfect for my mother's needs, but it still looks gorgeous. Republic West Remodeling did amazing work for our family, and I look forward to using them for our next project.

We obtained several bids prior to proceeding with Diamond Granite and Remodel. From our first meeting with Danny the sales representative, we felt comfortable with his explanations and he was very straightforward about the process. He explained the lead time would be several weeks, due to busy schedule and the move to their new facility. Rachel in the front office was very helpful in getting my final template/measurements when I had a schedule conflict, she also maintained our install date, though we had to delay the final template appointment. When the installers Ernesto and Jose’ arrived they were polite, professional and courteous, the install went smoothly until our Bartop which had several complex angles involved, wasn’t fitting properly, Ernesto carefully measured and made a few adjustments taking his time until it fit perfectly. The job ran a bit long and another installer Art replaced Jose’ who had an appointment, transition was seamless the guys did a fantastic job. Danny won us over,from the beginning, and we were very pleased in our choice.
