We recently purchased a home in Peoria that was in need of updated finishes, paint and flooring. Being from out of state, we did not know who to contact. We were very lucky to receive a referral to Veny, and his business, AZ Granite and Remodeling. We had interviewed other contractors who did not seem interested in taking on the project. We found Veny to be quite different. He was eager to listen to our vision for the project, and he offered reasonable suggestions to save time and money. It was quite obvious that he knew what he was doing, and he gave us a written quote, which was very reasonable, after our first meeting. HIs crew took out the old worn floor tile, then replaced it with new tile. The entire indoors of the house was freshly painted. A kitchen island was constructed and new quartz countertops were installed throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. We couldn't be happier with the results, the timetable for completion, and the price we paid. We highly recommend AZ Granite and Remodeling.

After seeing my neighbors shower and what a beautiful job he did I decided to hire him to do my guest shower. Marcus did a beautiful job, his work ethic is beyond reproach! I have never seen a harder worker or someone who is as meticulous. As I was showing him my master shower, which was done by another contractor, he noticed a problem and fixed that before it became a problem. I Highly recommend MB Exclusive . I think this company is out of business. I left three messages over the course of three weeks seeking an appt to get modifications done for a disability. I heard nothing and cannot believe there are any five star reviews. Maybe if they were actually in business they could get five stars. Although their voice mail says Independence Home Remodel and this is Mike they do not appear to be in business since they do not answer their phone or return voice messages. They do not deserve your money - either they don't need your work or are actually out of business.

They removed the garden tub and shower to put in a large walk-in shower for me and my husband. The work was fantastic, the workers were very professional and kind. It exceeded our expectations and we are delighted

Everybody that came to the house was very professional. I have used them for several projects. At this point they installed my countertops, did my flooring and my bathroom countertops as well. I have a couple more projects for them as well. They gave me a deadline and completed it on time. Very happy with the work they did for me.

This review is written after contracting Stronghold Remodeling for our master bathroom remodel. We removed shower/tub combo and created one large walk in shower. Trevor and his team did an amazing job with our remodel design and install. He was professional, timely, and fun to work with. Trevor made the process easy from start to finish! We thought we would spend forever deciding what design to go with but he walked us through all the considerations. He turned around the installation in the timeline he promised (during COVID, to clarify) and was patient when other workers impeded his workspace. My master bathroom looks phenomenal. We will use Stronghold Remodeling again on any project, highly recommend!

Jordan was fantastic - great customer service, friendly, competent, willing to stay and troubleshoot the real problem, even cleaned my fan and helped my daughter while the ladder was up. Awesome job! Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.

You don't EVER want to do business with these people. From integrity and honesty in the contracting and change order process (FAIL); to the scheduling and actually producing people to do work on schedule (Massive FAIL); to actually producing the schedule that they promise in their advertising but never produced until I complained about it, and then never came close to meeting (FAIL); to simple competence in translating their promises into drawings and contract language (FAIL), to the ability to perform the work with anything that looked like pride of workmanship, attention to detail, or even minimal competence (Massive FAIL as evidenced by the plumber who installed shower heads at a height lower than my head, and a bathtub that is leaking on and probably *under* our floor right now); to the price gouging for change orders to do what they promised to do in the first place (we said we would remove that soffit, but if you want that to look like it was done right and not leave a big scar across your ceiling, that will be a change order and more money -- another FAIL); to the screwed up master bathroom that left me paying for an entire slab of very expensive Azul Bahia granite from which we got a single lavatory countertop, and cabinets with a Frankenstein patch (big FAIL); to the claim that we would save money by purchasing through RWR at contractor's prices (another FAIL -- it took me one email to Spencer's Appliances to get the kitchen appliances for less money than RWR offered, and a couple of emails to Papagno's to discover that we were being gouged on the granite countertops); to the lack of respect for my property (including drywall mud inside a brand new thermostat for a brand-new $20,000 air conditioning system, damage to a glass pest border even after I warned them of the risk and offered to have it removed and replaced after their work was done -- no need for that, they said, and then ruined it with sloppy stucco work on the side of the house and breaking the glass under the front door); the list goes on and on. The substandard work was only corrected if and when I caught it and complained about it -- for just one example, they installed a medicine cabinet and broke the glass during the install. They turned the house over to me with the medicine cabinet broken, and didn't say a word about it. That's the way they operated and dealt with me from start to finish. When we have recovered from this experience, I'm going to have to hire another company to come back and fix the master bathroom so that we get plumbing that doesn't leak, and a room that actually looks like what we wanted. We didn't get that from these people. You don't EVER want to do business with Republic West Remodeling.
